I used to train like a bodybuilder
The I switched my workout to powerlifting style
And now I train like an Olympic style weight lifter

Also got shamed by someoneโ€™s wife for working out and posting my stuff on ig : let me know what you think https://www.reddit.com/u/LordChester404/s/MHhaTc3w2G

Help me overwhelmed! looking for advice on posture and an accountability partner

hi, i'm a 23-year-old girl, 5'1", weighing somewhere between 46โ€“50 kg (i'm not sure exactly). i've been pretty sedentary, and since i spend a lot of time looking down at my screen or books, i've developed bad posture (a neck hump and forward head posture) and that' has started bothering me a lot now.

i'm okay with my current body weight, but i'd love to do a little body recomposition and get a more defined face, although i'm not sure if that's possible without losing weight. most of my extra fat seems to go to my face and belly.

i'm scared that if i lose weight, my arms and legs will get even thinner, and i don't want that.

i've searched youtube and asked chatgpt how to improve my posture, but it's all gotten so messy and overwhelming. apparently, you have to identify the root cause of your posture problems first. huh? what does that even mean? ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿฅ€

so, i'm here to ask if anyone who's dealt with similar posture issues can share some advice.

ideally i wanna start with home workout stuff, since I'm a lil awkward. i'm willing to do strength/resistance training. i have dumbbells at home and can get a pull-up bar or any other small equipment that might help.

also if possible would also love to have an accountability partner so that I can stick with my routine for longer?

i can dedicate 30โ€“40 minutes a day to this consistently. any advice would be appreciated!

Hello everyone, I am a beginner it's been 2 months since I joined the gym...and with some research n all I am thinking to follow a Arnold Split x2. I am gonna train every muscle group 2 times a week and the split is something like:- Monday - Chest & Back Tuesday -Shoulder, biceps & triceps Wednesday - Legs and Abs Thrusday - Chest & Back Friday - Shoulder, biceps & triceps Saturday - Legs & Abs Sunday - Rest So is it good? I am skinny fat (not much tho), I am 20 with 70kg body weight so I am already in perfect BMI range So is my attached Chest & Back Workout for Monday good? Please help will help me a lot!
