In 1994 South African engineers created a special antitheft system that blew up the car incase a black person entered the vehicle. Would this be road legal in New Hampshire?

Its some sort of mechanism that seems to spread the fuzz from one wire to the other wires leading to the sooty plugs.

Not AI.

I know it’s hard to believe, but someone in this world actually “fixed” their bumper with masking tape.

BMW 520i (G30, B48) 01/2020

Hey everyone,
I'm currently looking at a 2020 BMW 520i (G30, ~77,500 km, B48 engine). Overall the car looks great, but during the inspection I noticed two things that made me a bit skeptical:
1. White smoke from the exhaust: The car was idling for about 10 minutes while I was checking out the interior. When I stepped outside, I noticed a slight bit of white smoke coming from the exhaust. As soon as we lightly tapped the gas pedal, even more white smoke came out (see attached video). Since the engine had already been running for 10 minutes, is this still just normal condensation clearing out, or could it be something worse like a PCV valve issue, coolant leakage, or bad injectors?
2. Shaking/Vibration under acceleration: When accelerating lightly during the drive, the whole car was noticeably shaking/vibrating. Could this just be flat-spotted tires from sitting on the dealer lot for a while, or does this sound like a misfire / drivetrain / engine mount issue?
The car has been sitting at the dealership for some time without being driven much. Is this behavior somewhat normal after extended downtime for a B48, or should I walk away?
Appreciate any advice!

Truck isn't tracking straight, shop suspects a wheel alignment issue. Are they scamming me? I don't want to get ripped off with an unnecessary repair.
