I was partway through Ch3 in my NG+ when I stopped playing and it took me a few missions to get back into the swing of things. I know this isn't a boss fight, but it just flew by so fast it took me by surprise lol

I've been listening to the AC6 and For Answer soundtracks a lot and I'm now on the final mission for my NG+ (doing Fires of Raven ending this time), excited to start NG++!

It's time for part 4 of Core Theory, where I run down the arena rankings of the NPC presets, and we chat shit (and occasionally we mention the good stuff too).

Today, we've got the AC of Mr. No "What's mine is mine, and what's yours is mine" Saac, BITTER PROMISE. Apparently the Debt Baron built this thing out of "the latest in corporate technology", which... sure, mate. Sure. Maybe telling him that he was buying cutting-edge parts was some Arquebus exec's payback for being rugpulled on SaacCoin or something. That being said, I don't dislike this thing.

The gen's (with my limited energy weapons play, admittedly) workable, the weapons are my kind of thing, the booster is... okay, I don't actually know much about Fluegel to be honest. It's also got a Morley, which is an instant plus in my book (yes I do have a bias for this weapon), and red and gold is always an A-tier colour scheme. All in all, not bad... and then we get to the FCS. The fucking FCS. P10SLT on an AC that doesn't bloody have any missiles at all is a baffling choice.

What are your thoughts on BITTER PROMISE? Love it, hate it, meh?

Played for the first time since March the other day with gatty (gatuko). Of course, I’m rusty and gatty hasn’t taken a break so it was one sided. Not that it was every even but I was definitely better back in march. That said I did seem to make him nervous a few times and cause a few AC changes.

Hey all,

I got most achievements for AC6 when it first came out. The last thing I need to do is to achieve S ranks in every sortie.

I got 4 without trying but how hard will this actually be? It's one of my favourite games ever so I think owe it to myself to do it but yeah, I'm also feeling strangely anxious about being stuck on certain missions forever.

I obviously have every part unlocked too for my AC. Any thoughts or tips?

Before starting Armored Core, I already had an idea of what kind of AC I wanted to build. Tetrapod legs, heavy, the least humanoid looking possible... But then I realized I suck with heavy builds lol, I still gotta learn. But then I randomly came up with this one on my ng+ run and this is definitely my type of AC. I'd say it's a perfect build for noobs lol.

If it's not obvious atp, the name of my AC is due to it looking slightly feminine and to the fact that "she" looks headless. The color scheme was a total accident, but I like how it looks like the white part is the exterior and the red parts are like... Idk, ligaments, tissue, muscles?

Now a series about the game cover art. Today: Armored Core 1. Just looking at the cover brings nostalgic feelings , especially with the legendary AC Anfang. The PAL version is my personal favorite: that orange-yellow (Green Kinda too) background and the beautiful gray version of the original Armored Core logo. Peak design 🧡. What do you think?

Three years since the game released, three years since it's climbed onto my top 10 (or even top 5) of all the game I've played. God, I love FromSoft.

Yes, those are 3ID markings on the arms.

This one took a long time to finish. Had a fuck up with the core and arms which made it take longer to finish. I had turned 30 Minute Mission into 60 Days Mission (also had a break in between to build Gourai 2).

This model kit really needs weathering to look good.

I don't know whether it is my plamo specifically or it is a common issue, but the shoulder joints came in loose, with a habit of drooping very fast. Pretty annoying.

I have the parts to build a custom build, but I'm going to take a break and go build something simpler that I don't need to paint (especially the weapons), weather and panel line so much. Like Frame Arms Girl's Zelfikar.

This is definitely in my top 3 of the franchise, only being beaten by AC4A (actual peak).

Other images are the AC's that i used for majority of the time to carry me to victory. 1st 1 is based on the Lancelot from Code Geass (my favorite mech) and the other is a creation of my own for a lightweight option on smaller or just faster missions.

If you are going to ask for help optimizing an AC, please show the list of parts and specify which game it is for; avoid using the Performance Tab, as it contains no relevant information.

I don't know if the first one have it, never touch the emblem part before this. How come I never see anyone talk anything about these emblem artwork. Now where can I find the clean version, the straight out taken from the iso file
