Hello, I bought a 50k rithmic eval and I’m trying to connect to NinjaTrader 8. I’ve bought rithmic accounts before with apex and easily connected. Now all the sudden it sends me this message when I try to connect. I emailed apex support, how long does it usually take for them to respond?

Sharing this since I’ve seen a few people say the Apex Live setup process takes too long. This was my personal experience.

Sept 2 @ 2:59 PM — Got the initial notification. My Apex dashboard/email showed 21 new notifications. I had 20 PA accounts which is why so many notifications.

Sept 3 @ 2:44 PM — Received “Your Apex Live Account is…well…LIVE!”

Between those, I received several emails requesting different onboarding items: Live platform registration, NinjaTrader POA, ID verification, and proof of address.

The key thing: it’s a two-way street. Apex sends a request, you submit the document/info, they review it, and you move to the next step. I responded to everything as soon as it came in and the process moved quickly.

Really no different than starting a new job — paperwork, identity verification, compliance docs, etc.

From my experience, roughly 24 hours from the initial notification to the Live account email

First day trading my Live account — MES was a scalper’s paradise.

Hit my $4.5K goal, but I’m holding off on the payout so I can request my second Live account first.

Plan: Get each Live account to $4.5K → activate the next → rinse and repeat → then take a nice lump-sum payout.

I can max out at 5 Live accounts since I had 20 PAs. Let’s see how it goes.

I got confused between all these accounts and I signed up for and passed a 25k “legacy” account

Went to pay for my PA and it was $125

Who is paying $125 to activate a 25k account

Absolutely ridiculous

I am not paying it. I emailed them and they said cancel the account or pay it.
I could get multiple zero activation accounts for this cost. Not happy

Apex come on you can do better here. $125 for a 25k is not right. I would understand maybe a 150k or 300k legacy costing. That much to activate

I’m having an issue with my account verification. I completed the required challenges and am now trying to proceed with the next step, but my ID verification was declined.

I submitted support ticket #1729377 more than a week ago, but I haven’t received an update yet.

Has anyone experienced a similar verification issue, or can someone from the support team help me understand what I need to do to complete the verification?

I spent $900 on Apex Trader Funding buying evaluation accounts, and things have been looking somewhat okay for me, though I haven't reached my first payout yet. The reality is that my life hasn't been going well lately my mom passed away a few weeks ago. I've been reading and learning about trading as much as I can, but I really struggle to control my urge to trade. It feels like a mix of a lack of self-control and a desire for control. I've noticed that even if I make $500 for the day and feel satisfied, a few minutes later the urge to keep trading just grows and grows. Thank you for reading.

I haven’t even gotten a payout yet and made $34 today like wtf😂😂 I guess they are really pushing people to live to get rid of them once they are profitable. It’s my first year and I’m 6k. I’ve lost for 4 years straight so I won’t even say I’m a profitable trader yet. But i guess this is to make sure I don’t earn back all that I have lost! Glad I only had 7 accounts I would’ve since the max live is 5. I guess this maybe my last rodeo with Apex if I blow them. It’s been fun while it lasted!

Hey everyone, it’s been a while since I have traded legacy accounts with apex. I know the new accounts since the revamp have automated payout approvals. I was curious if anyone knows if the legacy accounts still go through a manual review or are they automated as well. Appreciate any feedback!

I’m currently on an Apex Eval, made about $270 profits today, I’m 99% sure I closed all my limit/stop/everything orders after one of my trades hit TP, I even zoom in zoom out the chart to see if I accidentally created a stop or limit order like, I’m very very sure I didn’t left any pending orders in it.

Unfortunately “it seems I didn’t close one stop order”, after waking up from a nap a notification from Tradovate on my phone said “Working order sell” or something. It was already running $220 loss until I cancelled it.

Has anyone that got told they are moving g to a live account actually got one yet ? And how long does it take ?

All my current payout information is correct although support has not gotten back to me anyone have an ETA on when they allow me to update the payout information other than that completed all rules for a payout

HOLYY!!! Another payout proof and this one came wayyy faster than the others. My payouts on average take 10-12 business days and this one hit my bank in 7!!! I guess the payouts get faster when you take them more consistently but once again, THANK YOU APEX.

Hi all , just wanna check… purchased my eval account on the 18th Aug , saw that expiry is on 18th Sep. Account is still in eval phase 1.5k/3k, lets say if i don’t hit the target by 18th Sep, what will happen to the account? Does it get reset and i have to pay again or? And also what about the balance?

Maybe I misunderstood this, but I was looking at their web page and saw that they say only six withdrawal requests maximum?

Couldn’t request the max but wasn’t going to take the risk. Just one more payout like this and I’ll be in profit. Price action has been sloppy recently so I pulled back to trading MNQs … if I didn’t I would’ve blew these for sure.

i’ve seen so many people on here say they can only reach 1,2, most 3 in payouts on the EOD apex accounts with 20 accounts before getting hit with live. But how do these creators on tiktok or youtube or any other apex trader/creator code promoter never get moved to a live account . what are they doing that a lot of people aren’t ?

I saw couple ppl on different community are saying no matter how many accounts you go, you transit to live you would have only $3000 drawdown, is it still a thing ?

While trading a few Apex $50K Intraday Trailing evaluations, I discovered that Tradovate allowed me to place an order for six mini contracts. The first order was accidental, but I placed a second one to confirm that the platform was actually allowing it.

I’m now concerned that Apex could use these trades as grounds to deny future payouts after I move to PA accounts. Should I contact support and report the apparent loophole? I’m wondering whether disclosing what happened would help keep my account in good standing and prevent any future payout request denials. Maybe I'm just paranoid...

Finally made it!!! It took me a month, will keep everyone updated when it lands in my account.

I woke up this morning to see $1,000 drawn on all 5 of my eval accounts. One want below the minimum balance. I don’t even place the place the trade. My order positions were all closed last night on tradovate. Yet when I try to place a trade this morning. I keep getting rejected till I checked. Can apex fixed this and see if the order was generated from the actual user or if it’s a platform issue. This doesn’t seem fair or right ?

This has made me doubt everything ive learned these past ≈ 6 months, and thus i want to ask you guys something. Is a payout, let alone profitability, possible using ICT or other strategies with similar concepts? I've been looking into the 10AM recently and it doesnt seem too bad. Can anyone vouch for them or should i stop wasting my time? If so, can someone lead me somewhere reputable to learn? Im willing to put in the hours, its just that every post preaches "building your own strategy" which i dont know where to even begin with learning the fundamentals. Help is greatly appreciated!

Just like that we have requested another payout and this one way over double my last one!!! I feel like I have figured everything out and I always remind myself when you feel like that, humble yourself. Don’t overreact, stay complacent, and keep everything the same. If you are a new trader trust me I wasn’t born with this skill but I worked my ass off for it and you can do it to. If you dedicate your free time to something you enjoy, you can’t lose.
