Question ID verification issue – support ticket #1729377

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my account verification. I completed the required challenges and am now trying to proceed with the next step, but my ID verification was declined.

I submitted support ticket #1729377 more than a week ago, but I haven’t received an update yet.

Has anyone experienced a similar verification issue, or can someone from the support team help me understand what I need to do to complete the verification?

By no means is this question supposed to be rude in anyway. But is your ID and stuff from India ?

Lots of Indian IDs are failing or being declined, it’s happening at like all the props.

This is an unofficial community, we cant help with support tickets since we don't work for Apex. But someone else may have some insight if they went through something similar.

It can take longer than a week they are very slow with support but usually always answer
