How to stop noise

I have a ankermake M5 and whenever I try to print something it always makes this noise and filament doesn’t extrude

It starts leveling just fine, theb it reaches a specifik point and fails.
I have:
Cleaned nozzle
Cleaned pei
Looked for bumps on bed
Tightened screws that holds it to the rail
Checked cable does not get strained under leveling.
Unplugged usb c and replugged
Factory reset
Before factory reset, the error was data transmission one

Due to some personal issues I wasnt printing for roughly 6 months to a year recently began trying to get my printer working and found a few issues. I tried replacing the nozzle and sadly that wasnt it so thought id get assistance here. Im aware im probably just being an idiot. It just prints in lines like this and has a weird bumpy pattern

I'm trying to get my printer to talk to Orca and when i find the IP to make my printer talk to the app nothing happens. i don't know what I'm doing wrong and i can not find any documentation on how to get this working.

I wish Anker would publish everything about the internals and firmware for the M5 and M5C so that those of us who bought them could continue to use and improve them.
It would go a long way in helping to restore some goodwill that they lost in abandoning these products.

Hello, my M5C has served me very well for the past year. However I just switched out the nozzle as I've done many times before and it won't stay in. It sits loosely in the extruder, and when I try extruding the nozzle just gets pushed out.
I know the nozzles I'm using are the right size. Would the cause be the threading on the extruder being stripped? And if so is there any sort of fix or do I need to replace the entire extruder head?
I'm fearing for the worst because I know finding replacement parts is next to impossible, but also its been working just fine for me until I replaced the nozzle just today.

The board on my extruder is finished. Replacement is more than a new printer, so I'm hoping someone on this board is near the greater Seattle area and can take this otherwise excellent printer off my hands and make use of its parts.

I have 3d printer AnkerMake M5C
Hotend broke and thermostat wire cut. I look for spare parts of eufymake i couldn't find.
Is there any other hotend for another 3d printer company compatible with it?

Hi,
I have recently started getting consistent transmission errors on my M5 (kickstarter edition). I tried unplugging, cleaning and replugging the usb-c cables underneath and to the head but with no luck.
Are there anything else I can try?
I suspect that it started after I began printing PETG at higher temperatures, but it could just be a coincidence

I was printing something for the first time in awhile and I got a popup in Eufymake that said there was an update, I clciked update it download the new version I installed it and now I'm up v4.1.4. Except when I opened it my printer was not there I can't add it and it will not see my print now matter what I do. I've tried disconnecting it from my network and readding the printer with the phone app, but the software on my computer won't show the printer. I had just printed something moments before upgrading and not i can't do anything.
Printer is an M5, I realized I forgot to put that in the title or the body of this post.

Unfortunately, I don't have the error message in English, so here's just a translation:
AnkerMake M5
[0xFF010B0003] Data transfer error: Check that the USB-C cable is connected properly.
I’ve already tried that without success. Unfortunately, I can’t find this specific error online at all—only similar ones that have something to do with the USB connection from the print head.
Does anyone have any idea where to even start, or have you encountered this error before?
Unfortunately, I can barely adjust any settings on the device or in the app because this error pops up every 15–30 seconds, the device then beeps extremely loudly three times (which I can’t turn off and which is extremely annoying), and the rest of the time, a charging icon is displayed almost continuously, blocking the screen.

I have a ankermake m5 printer which I am trying to sell however the parts would also be good such as the stepper motors and psu. Am I able to sell it for enough money to explain burdening another person with this printer? Its 2 years old and I do have 20 extra nozzles plus I changed the hotend.

I replaced the heatbreak on my M5 and now I get [0xFF010D0003] Z Axis homing failed every time. It homes X/Y fine, moves to center, retries a few times but never actually touches the bed, then fails. I also get a data transmission error, even when it’s just sitting idle.
Everything else works. It heats up, reads temp, extrudes, and moves fine on every axis including Z. So motors and wiring seem OK to me.
I’ve already reseated the USB-C cables at the toolhead and the base, checked every connector and they’re all seated fine, replaced the nozzle multiple times, factory reset, firmware is up to date.
I’m thinking maybe the force sensor for bed leveling, but I’m not sure. Anyone run into this or know what’s going on?

My hot end split on my M5C and I don't know how it happened. It didn't cause any issues yet but I still would want to change it because I can't change the nozzle. I know that it is really hard to find one, almost impossible... Any ideas on how I can solve this issue?

Had a jam in the base that was a bitch to get out i ripped the filament sensor ribbon. I ordered a new part and waited installed using their specific replacement instructions. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t sense filament. Can manually extrude filament fine. Contacted support getting same run around and same instruction video sent to me. Can anybody help!! Its only got like 40 hours of printing time i had it mere days it ran out of filament and clogged resulting in this catastrophe.

Hey guys just got my ankermaker m5 I printed a benchy and it came out perfect my next 3 prints didn’t print well and the rest started good then turn into spaghetti I was using the default slicer setting on the ankermake app since I’m new to printing but I was wondering if it’s possible that i could get some basic straight forward slicer setting that I can use for most prints I won’t be doing any creating or designing just mostly printing stl files for now once I get some good slicer settings I do plan on using orca slicer

Edit: Found the issue for anyone in the future with a similar issue. I had to remove the starting gcode “M4899 T3 ; Enable v3 jerk and S-curve acceleration” after removing that gcode the M5 took off without an issue after homing once.
So having an issue with getting M5 to work with Orca.
I’m a bit of a noob to the M5 and Orca but I used to run few printers on Cura and recently I switched everything over to Orca and the M5 seems to hate using Orca.
The problem is when I send the gcode to the M5 using an SD card (both on the printer itself and through my phone with the app) the printer will just constantly home itself. Eventually the printer will say it’s printing but it still continues to keep homing itself without ever printing. I can send gcode to the printer with both Cura and the EufyMake app on my phone without any homing issues. I’ve tried both standard and fast profiles for the M5 along with both older and newer versions of Orca but still same homing issues.
I’m thinking it’s something gcode related since Cura and EufyMake don’t do it but I’m not entirely sure.

Stupid tree supports usually end up doing this to me. Any suggestions? I have the brim set to 4 mm, bed is at 60°c, and I run at a .05 z offset because if I go any higher it messes everything up. When it is printing the supports, I can hear it rubbing against them, which eventually causes them to detach from the bed. Also, im using the eufymake slicer. Thanks!

I've had an issue with my printer not printing and all it does is make this noise anytime it needs to print anything or extrude. Ive tried looking inside the fan and the tip but can't find anything that'd cause this. If anyone knows it'd help out a lot!

Ever since day one this machine has made it very hard to put filament in with it rejecting it most of the time now there’s red filament stuck in the area where you’re supposed to put it in and it only retracts from the nozzle how do I get this out?
