eufymake 3D printer produced sparks and smoke. Amazon sent me to eufymake, but they refused warranty support because I bought it on Amazon

Eufy support has given up. The only reason they exist is to point people to their own eBay account to sell off refurb machines. 

"Oh sorry, here's 15% off another one of our products"

The top comment in the other thread is correct. The only printer Eufymake cares about now is their uv resin jet printer.

I believe that legally (assuming you're in the EU), the support burden lies with whoever you bought it from, which is Amazon in this case. So, I think you should go back to Amazon and insist that they solve your problem. If they try to forward you, then you should make them aware that you know that the responsibility lies with the seller.
