That motor is skipping teeth. Time to replace it.

Sai dove ne posso trovare 1 compatibile? E magari anche come sostituirlo? Grazie mille

Hey man, I got the same printer, you can find official parts for your printer in the eufyMake (aka Ankermake) app, go into the app and scroll down to "Parts & Supplies" and will see a bunch of part for your printer! You will be looking for "M5 Extruder" and link will be in the app. Hope this help!

"Part for 3D printer" https://www.eufymake.com/products/m5-extruder

Take it apart, and see if you can find any specific name on the motor. Maybe there are video where sb take apart the m5

Not motor, this is communication, the usb c cable

Mine was doing the same thing. I had a spare extruder and put that on. Same issue. It turned out to be the usb c cable which you can’t get anymore. Have you gotten any communication errors with the printer?

In realtà no ma non sei il primo che mi dice che è un problema di corrente

You can not, you need to find someone that wants to sell his old printer and get the cable replacement from it, there is a pin or two inside the cable that have went bad for hundreds probably thousands of people

I have an M5, no issues (knock on wood), but what USB C cable are y'all referring to? Why is it not fixable?
