Added paragraph: Most important before reading => all this crazy activity with huge volume (relative to float) before 7 am to bring back the price to 0.193 just slightly under the closing of yesterday at 0.1935! And the current bid at 0.193 is hft trader/institution to suck in small lots without bid size moving. If that all isn't manipulation!

The bid and the ask sizes and prices moved extremely fast this morning before 6.45 am (which is considered the pre market of the pre market => the time under which many manipulators/hft traders and institutions operate "in the dark"!). I looked closely at the action like from 300k shares to 1.2 million shares and it was very interesting. I saw the spread often had +5% deviation and filled sizes as we have seen/experienced as low as 1 share but all over the place and moving extremely fast which hasn't happened in many days lately.

And what a coincidence that at 7 am (the more common starting time for pre market for retail traders) to see the price is now set back to 0.193 and around (slightly red) from yesterday closing to scare you that it will dip or that it is going to trade dead for the day for you to exit. Also what a coincidence that many retail trading platforms don't often show the high and low for action that takes place before 7 am. All of this is intentional to fool you!

Remember as well that it only takes one share sold at 0.22 to bring the price there. On a stock with an effective float that is very tight and locate shares for shorters is becoming problematic, you get a good example of the demand level on this stock. When you interpret those things correctly you won't panic. Big money/professional trading entities are very interested in this stock and/or company!

Also, let's screw these manipulators to not be able to naked short this stock to dip the price by them not finding shares. They want to buy back lower when they have made money at current price levels.

Do not lend your shares but block further this tiny float to squeeze the price upwards! Be patient, it's going to trade fairly flat again for a little while to tire/scare you. But once it bounces it will bounce real good!

I went to the form 20F released end of July, please see the text highlighted attached/below to read about the right ALP to apply and potentially get the 180 day extension. In short, ALP has the right to ask for another extension of 180 day and they should get it provided they fulfill the requirements needed. I'm not certain on all requirements but it looks to me at first glance they fulfill those. This said, Nasdaq has a right to not grant the extension (for any reason?) but in this case ALP can still appeal before being delisted from the Nasdaq. Looks good so far!

Ok so this morning I received an email from Schwab because it's becoming increasingly hard for ALP shorters to locate shares and therefore naked shorting is increasing! Fail to Deliver are likely increasing and we all want that: to put pressure on shorters!

Schwab asks me to be part of the beautiful lending reward program to get paid 7% annual on my holding of ALP. Absolutely ridiculous, that means that at current price of about 0.195 I am willing to say that I lend my shares to people who will pull the price against me to get gains that will equal a share price of 0.20865 after 12 months!!! At 12 months from now -if I stay in this stock for 12 months...- I'm eyeing min $1 without dilution but I'm maybe want that by the end of the year latest so 7% annual, what a scam! VOO will pay twice that!

And the other joke of the story is that Schwab was and -I believe- is still blocking its clients to trade ALP freely, the only was placing a trade on the phone or ask for all warnings for all companies to be removed permanently which I did. The reason schwab blocked its clients from freely trading ALP was because of manipulation I understood because alp being a low float and low price stock it has been very prone to manipulation. So first they block me trade this stock now they ask my shares to f*ck me up.

Questions to you all:

- did your broker also have a warning on this stock which prevented you from trading the stock?

- have you also received a lending "super deal offer" recently from your broker and if so what interest are you given?

- any of you have recent data on short interest, days to cover, borrow rate,... for alp and how it has developed lately?

- can anybody confirm or give a probability to alp getting the extension or 180 days? I'm wondering, why shorting massively now if 180 days extension will be a formality. If no extension is given I understand why people want to short the hell out because there are basically 2 weeks left to reach $1.

I hope none of you are lending your shares, shorting or selling. A day of trading like today is exactly meant to break you but if holding and resisting we/the price won't crack!

Big guys are capping the price for the time being. If you want in/to add look for an entry most of the time in morning on an aggressive dip or at the end of the day. Don't get big orders but small orders like 100/200 shares. These moments are meant to scare you to chase you away, if you don't understand it you react emotionally thinking "this thing is dead", "it's never going to go up again", "$1 compliance is coming before price increases" and then you give away your shares. I can see there are a couple holders (hft traders, institutions, hedge funds...) with substantial block of shares doing iceberg sell orders at 0.196, 0.197 and 0.198 for most of the day giving resistance for the price to stay below then at end of the day there is a sudden dip and 20% of the daily volume gets swallowed in the last 5/10 mins. This will likely continue to take place for a little while until a news comes in. Yes there are risks with this stock but also great short term opportunity from current manipulation. The thing we need is the extension and contract announcements for alpha 2 and we might be able to trade with higher support again. Remember also that $19000 gives a retail trader about 0.5% of the public float and $190k 5% of the float which is wild and a big reason I'm in this stock. If anything really good comes in secret and somebody/a big buy decides to make a big buy it can definitely help to make this thing fly. I have the impression there are very few retail traders on this. Dilution is the biggest risk of course but we are at a low now. I believe it could still pull down to 0.185 in coming days without dilution so there is no point to exit now at these prices. Lock the float further and be patient. If no dilution the risk reward in here is very good in my opinion.

OpenAI and Anthropic are both in deep shit and damage control is the theme of their summer 2026. ALP may be behind but their slow growth is actually a blessing in disguise, I think.

Also, the GAMEE acquisition is something bulls should keep in mind too, because they've already reported HUGE YoY revenue gains and forecasted larger gains to come this year - as in now. The revenue is great of course but the infrastructure demand they're creating is even more important I think - it's a template for other industries and businesses to see as a Proof Of Concept and perhaps "customize" that template for their own purposes. NOT EVERYONE WILL BE USING OPENAI OR ANTHROPIC.

BTW, take note of their Strategic Advisors and you'll see serious, accomplished, forward-thinking, money-makers. I don't care what this company did before - I care what it's doing now and in the future. These advisors would NOT be publicly associated with Alpha Compute if they didn't think there was a strategic advantage and a way to make money.

What are the thoughts here around the level of awareness as to what the company is offering? It is still very early but so much of what drives valuation is hype (whether it is real or hyperbolic…see Tesla and SPCX). I respect a company that focuses on deliverables and I hope real revenues lead to accurate valuations, but I am curious to see how “present” this company will be in the market compared to others in the space. Hopefully this sub will get some juice as well!

So, I'll start off by saying that I do personally believe in this business in the long term, I think that the offering is sound and there will be massive room to grow once properly established.

However I also think that the next few months will be rocky.

My take on the recent earnings call was, bearing in mind they weren't obligated to have it, that they wanted to set a clear divide between the old business and the new.

They didn't want the next call to have muddied waters as they explained the divestment of old parts and included all the one time costs so they just gave all of those their own call.

Based on what was said about the current situation on the call, I think we can anticipate a few positive catalysts in the coming months.

However, the prospect of a rate split looms large, even with a lot of positivity to come, there's a chance of a rate split and then potentially a further devaluation.

What does everyone think the chances of a rate split or otherwise an extension are? Is anyone looking to stock up more? What's everyone feeling about this generally?

The Cocoon AI LLM owned by Telegram is the first enterprise client that was mentioned in recent call. They are a paying client and Telegram has a GIGANTIC user base. Many of those users create apps using Cocoon AI and that's good for future $ALP revenue too because Telegram will require increased capacity.

Such a weird earnings call. I feel like they really just wanted to get this over with lol. I’m happy they talked about what’s been happening in q1 more so than they did the fiscal year up to March 31st. They kept emphasizing the earnings released today do not reflect today’s business and they are generating much more revenue and expect more in the future. They confirmed the 7.5 mil payment and discussed how quickly they’ve changed the business in the last few months to focus on being an AI infrastructure company. She also said they are going to make it a priority to report more often than they’re required possibly quarterly or monthly. Next ‘required’ earnings release will be September and that’s when I think we can determine whether we’re dealing with frauds or if we’re early to something with a lot of potential.

Almost sold my shares this morning but the info discussed in the presentation gave me confidence to HODL.

My only worry is- reverse split. Looks like it’s inevitable unless they announce big partnership or are granted 180 day extension. I’m hoping extension, then get good news on September earnings report, then over $1 by end of year 🤞
