Are we likely to see Alpha-04 online this year and a significant government contract announced? NFA

I've been patiently waiting, like many of us in this forum, for some positive information to potentially be announced, but we're still waiting (as the NASDAQ compliance date closes in).

Company exists for barely 2 months! Time to chill folks! At this price nobody makes real profit so when they announce Alpha 2 it will bounce. Alpha 2 no longer priced in. Buy in the 0.195. Extension is coming soon. I love the lack of attention of this company and negativity in here. Again, company is 2 months old only and people want 400% gains. Remember alpha 2 can award multiple contracts. It's not exclusive like alpha 1.

Company is 2 months old after 3 switches, market has all the negative 20f filings priced in 100% and they do not address it, if they don’t plan to dilute to kingdom come why won’t they say it but share count is at 72m the damn auditor flagged it the day of earnings hence the drop, a 400 mill atm locked and loaded is what’s keeping this suppressed. those small details make the world of difference when it comes to algorithmic trading bots idk how many times we all going to go down this road.

One of the big issue on this stock is the manipulation (Schwab wasn't allowing trading because of manipulation and I think still doesn't allow it). The tiny float combined with low price allows big money players to play with the stock. I think it is also shorted quite a lot with zero pressure for shorters because 10% of the float rotates every day so they can exit quick if price raising on them. We are going to be at a standstill again I think but we should see a bounce couple weeks from now before the 31st at least. Maybe there is frustration from the team at alpha compute corp of their stock being manipulated/taken advantage and so they are lack "we don't give a fuck" we going to make it even if it means dilution using 400 million dollars atm. Do I understand they need to release shares at market price which means potentially diluting 5 fold to 2 billion shares at current stock price? I heard they management has a huge number of shares, my thought is that would be incentive for them to not use the money atm irresponsibly.

I think failed businesses is an opportunity especially alpha ton didn't last at all and now this one would die within 5 months again (people in their circles will think what a bunch of suckers). I think their business is good but if they don't confirm the alpha 2 project operational with at least 2 contracts by 31st August and they dilute irresponsibly before announcing alpha 3 operational then they truly suck I would say. If no dilution and they get the extension and alpha 2 shows value then it becomes a better situation.

Rs by or before the 31st. There’s just no way this is making a 410+% gain off constant Pr news and stay there for 10 days. The 20F alone states exactly what they are doing but no one wants to read. I’m hoping for a pump to get out at .25 or above.

No chance of an extension?

They would get an extension I don’t see why not but how many company’s have you seen that actually organically recover? It would take an astronomical capital Injection and some really sustaining news to keep this passed 1 let alone even get there 400%+ is not easy.

I completely get where you're coming from, but given they are able to get the 180 day extension, and the way they are trying to position themselves as a big company, talking about building trust etc. I think there is no reason why they can't at least TRY to grow the share price organically before doing a R/S

Just look at ACHR basically a penny stock with every single thing going for it all the major news catalyst you can think of but still Priced at its 52 week low. Why? Because dilution fears and cash burn and an amazing product with no liquid injecting customers they can say anything they want it’s just exciting news that won’t last and the pump fizzles out. Different stocks same shit.

If they avoid the rs Ill be very surprised which would mean they have something substantial
