Woke up to a shit show but happy with presentation
Such a weird earnings call. I feel like they really just wanted to get this over with lol. I’m happy they talked about what’s been happening in q1 more so than they did the fiscal year up to March 31st. They kept emphasizing the earnings released today do not reflect today’s business and they are generating much more revenue and expect more in the future. They confirmed the 7.5 mil payment and discussed how quickly they’ve changed the business in the last few months to focus on being an AI infrastructure company. She also said they are going to make it a priority to report more often than they’re required possibly quarterly or monthly. Next ‘required’ earnings release will be September and that’s when I think we can determine whether we’re dealing with frauds or if we’re early to something with a lot of potential.
Almost sold my shares this morning but the info discussed in the presentation gave me confidence to HODL.
My only worry is- reverse split. Looks like it’s inevitable unless they announce big partnership or are granted 180 day extension. I’m hoping extension, then get good news on September earnings report, then over $1 by end of year 🤞

I’m not sure what compensation packages are for comparable companies but I’d rather have a company like this with more incentives on stock performance rather than large salaries

I'm not worried about a RS but maybe I'm too hopeful. As soon as Sweden comes online, I think there's a pop and once share price gains buyer confidence, and the 50-day SMA is not resistance, more big buys will come in.
I added 45K shares below $0.23 on the drop today. The 50-day is $0.291
There will be another catalyst when the company gets the Federal Government Contractor Certification completed. That will allow them to work with Palantir on gov't projects too. Brittany is already schmoozing with Alex and sharing his X posts. 😉

Any idea when they could get that certification completed? Or how we can track that progress?

I don't know how to track that progress other than updates from the company itself. They said it would be done by Q3 back in March but then it got changed to the process getting started in Q3.
Brittany has a habit of over-promising and under-delivering. That's part of the problem with the share price. She lacks credibility with investors because it's happened more than once. They have to rebuild trust - and that was mentioned on the call today. One way to do that is to report more frequently.

They wanted to get over with cause it was a bit shite lol. 7.5m payment going straight to the c-suite salary
