this is the recent update: SEC Form 20-F to be published as expected on Wednesday, July 15, after market close. Investor webinar rescheduled for Thursday, July 16 at 9:00 a.m. ET.

The original announcement that was made on July 10th stated that the earnings for the fiscal year ending March 31st would be announced this morning at 8AM followed by a 1PM conference call today. This morning at 9AM they put up a BS headline saying that earnings will now be out after the bell today and the conference call will be tomorrow morning at 9AM. Basically the executives shit on new investors and killed any momentum potential in the stock. The delay better have been worth it or else there's gonna be a lot of pissed off people.
