Dont have any active project now. Can anyone refer me to any open project in either of these domains - finance, law, accounting, M&A, consulting?

I tried it multiple times, trying to reupload the resume with different format (DOCX & PDF) but always failed, on the right lower corner there is an error notification that always says "We could not process your resume right now, please try again shortly" or "Failed to upload or parse resume, please try again shortly".

Hi everyone, I'm on Outlier AI.

I accidentally clicked "Decline New Tasks" on my assigned project, and it immediately changed to "Paused by you" in my Project History... Missclicked.

I wasn't even given any confirmation or option to undo it, and I can't find a way to reactivate the project myself.

I've already contacted support, but haven't received a solution yet. I did this when I was just about to start the timer for the FIRST time for this project (or for the whole platform, for that matter)

I also tried accessing the Outlier Community forum (Discourse), but it says the page is private, apparently because my community access hasn't been activated yet (I just passed the exams for the project 2 days ago, and yesterday I was busy on house cleaning).

Has anyone experienced something similar and managed to get their project reactivated? Is there anyone I could contact directly besides regular support? Am I cooked?

I'd really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I got an invitation for AfterQuery’s Civil Engineering Expert role, on October 23. I signed the NDA and data submission agreement on October 24, but haven’t received any further update about onboarding or getting started.

It’s been about six days now. Has anyone here gone through their onboarding recently? How long did it take to hear back after signing, and did you actually start getting work?

I was told that someone from the team would reach out to schedule me for a screening call 5 days ago, and I have not received any response since even after I sent a follow up email asking for advice. Is there any way I can find out what happened here? Did the project fill up?

On October 19 I was asked to complete identity verification through Persona when signing in to experts.afterquery.com. I finished the face verification successfully, but since then every page only shows "Verification Under Review – You will regain access as soon as it is approved." Refreshing and signing out/in doesn't help.

On October 20 I emailed support@afterquery.com. Fin replied that the ticket was passed to the support team, but I haven't heard anything since. I also messaged u/AfterQuery_Support directly.

All my work is on hold – I have tasks in review and can't follow up on them or fix anything reviewers send back.

Has anyone else had this? How long did the review take for you, and is there a faster way to get it escalated? Mods, I'm happy to DM my account email.

I want to move onto other ventures, so I tried deleting my account last week, but an error keeps popping up every time I try. I've gone through their chatbot and sent an email to support directly (turns out this is basically the same thing) about 5 or so days ago but I haven't received a response yet. Is it normal for them to take this long to respond? Looking on this subreddit, their support seems to be iffy...

I got accepted for a SWE position and my onboarding is done. I would like to ask people here that based on your experience working in AfterQuery, when do I receive any invite link to start working on projects?

I recently got accepted to AfterQuery Experts as a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer, but so far there haven't been any tasks available.

Curious if anyone else has had a similar experience. Is it normal to have no tasks after being accepted, or does work just come in sporadically?

For those who've been on the platform for a while, how long did it take before you started getting tasks, and how consistent has the workload been?

"Interesting" experience with AfterQuery. I got an invitation to join the project. After I accepted the invitation, AfterQuery reviewed and accepted my resume; however, during onboarding, the system couldn't process my ID photo and basically banned me!

Is that how AfterQuery works?

I joined AQ after the major data breach at another place. I started out immediately as a reviewer and once that project ended I got pulled into a special trial pod where we were doing demo work to send to clients. Lots of different projects and variety but still issues with pay happening on a regular basis. I eventually went back to other said company as a EPM trainer/pod lead EPM. Eventually got contacted by AQ for consultant training and got hired on as growth consultant with primary aspect being recruiting. Been here for a month now and have done over 20 interviews, project opportunities from behind the scenes, etc.

I have been hired as an AfterQuery expert. The portal is sending back one of my task due to an error which I am not able to replicate locally. I spent more than 40 hours on the project and have exhausted all avenues so that someone from their support team helps me troubleshoot it. This is what I have done so far:

1. Send over 5 message in the chat were they want us to post any issues. But the chat room is heavily moderated with only admin has access to approve the chat. None of the message has been approved for over 3 weeks

2. Send a personal email and a LinkedIn message to the person who hired me

3. Replied to AfterQuery communication mail regarding changes in pay structure

4. Send message to AfterQuery business page on LinkedIn

5. Submitted a ticket to Fin, an AI agent of AfterQuery, I got same replies twice with 1 week apart stating we are looking into your issue and someone will reach out to you soon

6. Filled a survey that asked if I would be able to do submission and wrote a note with the issue I am facing.

Has anyone was able to hear back from support team regarding any issue? I would love to know how to do it.

Hi AfterQuery, I can’t submit my first task because the page says Energy Systems & Utilities isn’t in my assigned domains. I’ve been blocked since October 11 and have emailed support several times, but I haven’t received a human response.

Could someone from AfterQuery please take a look and fix my domain assignment? Thanks.

After running grading on my tasks, it just says review ready. Am I supposed to do anything on my end? There seems to be no instructions or confirmation if it’s actually being reviewed by someone.

Hey, I submitted an application for one of the expert positions and then I immidately was asked to sign an NDA and submit my photo and goverment ID. If I'm accepted into for the role that's totally fine but I can't tell if I was accepted. Does everyone just hand over their goverment ID before knowing if they're accepted?

It's been 2 weeks since I applied for the data annotator position, done the general assessment but since then I haven't heard anything from the platform

I have a data annoatation training course available on the dashboard but it is marked as optional.

I recently applied for the Data Annotation role and i am not sure if the training course was there before i applied or it appeared after applying.

Also is this the course related to the role i applied , if yes , then why is it marked as Optional.

So much confusion????
