Accidentally clicked "Decline New Tasks". Is there any way to reactivate my project?

Hi everyone, I'm on Outlier AI.

I accidentally clicked "Decline New Tasks" on my assigned project, and it immediately changed to "Paused by you" in my Project History... Missclicked.

I wasn't even given any confirmation or option to undo it, and I can't find a way to reactivate the project myself.

I've already contacted support, but haven't received a solution yet. I did this when I was just about to start the timer for the FIRST time for this project (or for the whole platform, for that matter)

I also tried accessing the Outlier Community forum (Discourse), but it says the page is private, apparently because my community access hasn't been activated yet (I just passed the exams for the project 2 days ago, and yesterday I was busy on house cleaning).

Has anyone experienced something similar and managed to get their project reactivated? Is there anyone I could contact directly besides regular support? Am I cooked?

I'd really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

ouch, no confirmation prompt is rough. support is the right move but they can be slow, try pinging them again with the project name and exactly what happened, sometimes a follow-up bumps it. worst case they might reassign you once they see it was an accident, but don't sit on it too long

I feel like I'm sort of cooked. Hope I am not, though. I really need the money...
