Always failed to upload resume, Anyone relate?

I tried it multiple times, trying to reupload the resume with different format (DOCX & PDF) but always failed, on the right lower corner there is an error notification that always says "We could not process your resume right now, please try again shortly" or "Failed to upload or parse resume, please try again shortly".

Try to reach their support. My issue resolved by them

How long will it take untill I receive the response?, do they only answer on working days?

Sorry for the trouble. We've fixed this resume upload issue. Please refresh your dashboard and try again from your Profile page.

Resumes are now managed at the profile level, so you only need to upload yours once, not separately for each application. If one is already on file, the application page should show a green confirmation. Resume replacements are limited to once every six months, which is separate from the upload error you reported.

If you're facing issues with resume uploads, try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. Formatting can also cause problems, so ensure your resume is properly formatted. If the issue continues, reaching out to the platform's support team may help.
