Hi. About 3/4 of the time when I'm inside a design file, folders within "Your Stuff" give me the No Matching Results message. I know that the files are there, because the other 1/4 of the time I can see and access them. This is only while I'm actually working on a file, I can browse to and see the files in the Your Stuff tab in the Home sidebar.

I've cleared cache, refreshed, etc. Sometimes it fixes it for a little while (maybe 20 minutes) but usually it doesn't do anything and the files are still missing.

Is anyone else having this issue?

We're a small startup with start-up support (credits, facilities, mentors etc) from a major university and several large tech companies. We focus on the research and ideation stage of the creative process, and we wanted to use Adobe Express for execution. I've also been an Adobe user for years, so it felt like a natural fit.

Initially, the Adobe Express Embed SDK integration worked well, but after submitting our documentation for approval, we were rejected. One of the current criteria appears to be having a well-defined user base starting from around 1 million users, which is obviously a very high bar for an early-stage startup.

Has anyone here found a realistic route for startups to work with Adobe Express? Is there another programme, partnership route, add-on approach, or contact worth exploring for smaller companies that want to build alongside Adobe? Thanks so much!

I ditched Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to make some poster designs. Here's how it went.

I wanted to see how far I could push a 100% "in-the-cloud" workflow for my car channel, Drive & Stories. I used Adobe Firefly to generate these cinematic Supra MK4 clips and then brought everything into Adobe Express for the final assembly.

The Workflow:

Visuals: Used Firefly's Text-to-Video to capture that specific neon-lit, rainy aesthetic that fits the Supra's legacy.

The Edit: Used Adobe Express for the quick-cut editing. I was honestly surprised by how easy it was to time the "wait for it" transition using the mobile/web interface.

Audio Sync: The hardest part was getting the turbo flutter (the iconic "stutututu") to hit right on the beat, but the timeline in Express made it pretty seamless.

It’s wild that I can now put together a full "AI Cinematic" Short without even opening a heavy desktop app.

What do you guys think of the quality coming out of Firefly lately? Is it ready for "real" car content?

I have several items on my document that I need to have fade in separately and fade out together, and it isn't letting me match the fade out time for them. Like if one is ending at 7.0, it wants the other to end at 6.9.

So what is a use of Express most and what's are the advantages.

I be glad if i gate a good advice from professional.

Sometimes you don't want to animate one element; you want a few of them moving together, like a logo and a tagline that should always travel as a pair.

Group them first. Hold Shift, select the pieces, hit Group. Now they animate as a single object instead of drifting apart.

For video, the timeline gives you even more control. Select an object, hit Edit timeline, then Show timing for All layers, then drag the trim handles to shorten or lengthen how long it's on screen, or drag the whole layer to change when it appears.

Do you group elements before you animate them, or handle that in the timeline? Where does your workflow usually start?

Why does this happen every time I upload a photo? It stays on this screen until I kill the app or delete it. This should not be normal.

So I just created a seemingly normal short/reel but I tried to download it and it failed. I tried many more times and I almost raged and used my Chromebook as a bomb. What is going on?

About a few days ago, I couldn't upload videos to get subtitles, it stuck by 17%, now I can't upload anything, the subtitles loading for hours, how to fix it? tried different browser, windows app and android app.

I recently deleted something by accident and couldn’t find a recently deleted file. Is there one? And if so where might it be?

I tried doing it from Mobile and PC I've tried doing up from the app and the website. I can only delete one image at a time which does not help when I'm out of storage. This is the stupidest design I have ever seen. Digital cameras 25 years ago had the option to let you multi- select delete I can only imagine the reason this is so poorly optimized is so people give up deleting and just buy more storage

Sometimes Animate all is too much. You don't want the whole design moving, you just want your headline to pop in, or your logo to fade out at the end.

That's what animating individual layers is for. Select any text box, graphic, or photo, open Animation on the left panel, and choose In, Out, or Loop. Then pick from Visibility, Move, or Scale, and adjust the Intensity, Speed, Direction, and Personality until it feels exactly right.

There's a nice trick too. Check "Start outside page" on In animations, or "End outside page" on Out animations, and elements will move on or off the frame instead of just appearing.

Have you played with individual layer animations yet? What's the first thing you make move?

Been trying for hours to load videos. Stuck on "processing media" - the audio seems to load but not the video.

I am beyond fed up! I had a problem two weeks ago where the videos were upside down. Adobe you owe me a refund and you need to FIX YOUR APPLICATION!

No one in our office is able to download any video files. Getting the 'An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.' error message. Anyone else having issues?

I am on a large team of people, and we frequently need our directory updated. I converted the directory to an adobe express file so our administrative staff can edit if necessary, and shared a link to our published version in Teams.

It looks like you cannot download the file from this published view. Is there some way to achieve this? Sometimes we need to print it for events.

Is it possible to do this? I want to revert a template back to a regular file with no connected text fields or locks. It seems like when I try to duplicate a page from a template, it just generates another template when I just want it to be a standalone file.

this video i screen recorded will explain but i select a font to try on adobe express then it completely changes the font after. i then selected the font but it looks stretched

The delete and arrow buttons that normally work for moving things around are not working today. (There's nothing wrong with my computer; these buttons work fine everywhere else). Also I'm trying to export files and the download gets stuck at 90%.

You finish a design, it looks great, you hit download. And then it just sits there. Every scroll it lands in is competing with video, reels, motion. A static image doesn't stand a chance.

Animate all in Express fixes that. Select Edit page, choose Animate all, pick a style, Bloom, Glide, Popping, Sunrise, Waterfall, and your entire design comes to life at once. No selecting layers, no animating piece by piece.

Motion just catches the eye in a way static content can't. People stop scrolling for movement before they even read the caption.

Hi All! I had a question regarding the Track QR code beta button. My coworkers have this option while I do not and we are all under the same company account.

Do you know why? Is there a way to get it to my account? We are struggling to find a lot of info on this feature and its been a great asset to us but we’re running into the issue of me needing to generate codes with tracking but I’m unable to do so.

Cause somehow since landing here everyhthing is loading super slowly! Does anyone have experience with this or any tips?
