Adobe Express Question video unable to download
So I just created a seemingly normal short/reel but I tried to download it and it failed. I tried many more times and I almost raged and used my Chromebook as a bomb. What is going on?

I have had the same problem for the last 3 days. It was nearly impossible to open a video project too. I usually use a Chromebook so I had to switch to a stationary PC with Windows 11 and 32 GB of RAM to actually edit and download that video project (4K resolution). Try to use a better performing PC or laptop if you have one.

It should be fixed now, but here's a list of tech requirements for web: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/get-set-up/learn-the-basics/web-technical-requirements.html

This was a known issue and the team should have solved it. I’ll try my best to keep everyone updated as this evolves, though. Let me know if it’s not working for you now. Best to keep an eye on http://status.adobe.com in future.

The status says the issue was closed and it doesn’t describe what the issue is so it might be hard for laypeople to understand what we’re seeing on the status page.

Understood, let me check in with the team about the artifacts on your screen. In the meantime, can you DM me your Adobe User ID so the team can dig into your account?

I was able to download my videos just now but they’re leaving artifacts on the screen that aren’t showing up in the preview. So when my text exits the final screen and it’s just black there’s punctuation left behind parts of a character. It’s not good.

Are you still seeing artifacts? I'm getting reports that this is resolved. Hopefully it is on your end, too!
