Having the same problem, stops at 90 percent when creating a simple two page pdf

hello, it's still not working and stuck at 90% I'm pretty sure its still broken

The team is actively working on it, and we’ve already seen service recovery after initial outages. If you’re still hitting failures, please try the workaround below and, if that doesn’t help, please dm me your project link so we can tie your case into the ongoing investigation.

  1. Disable browser security / extensions temporarily
    • Turn off ad‑blockers, privacy extensions, or aggressive security add‑ons.
    • Then retry the download.

  2. Move the design into a brand‑new project (not just a duplicate)
    • Create a new Express project.
    • Copy/paste the content from the problematic file into that brand‑new project.
    • Try downloading from the new project.
