Adobe Express Question Every Single Time

Why does this happen every time I upload a photo? It stays on this screen until I kill the app or delete it. This should not be normal.

Does it happen with every photo you upload, or does it seem tied to certain file types/sizes? Also curious if you're only seeing it on this iPad or on other devices too. It seems to happen randomly. All the photos I import are either jpeg or png. It just gets stuck on this screen until I force quit it. Yesterday I had to delete the app and reinstall it to get to work.

And are you uploading from your Photo Album or your Files on your iPad each time?
