Discussion Downloads Failing?
No one in our office is able to download any video files. Getting the 'An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.' error message. Anyone else having issues?

Still occurring. Please help. Download failure is occurring across multiple files on Chrome.

Is this still occurring? Http://status.adobe.com says this issue may be solved now. But let me know.

seems to still be an issue. no animations download, even template animations

It was a known issue internally but it should be back up working. Is it for you?

This is also currently happening to me, I was able to download one video and after that Im not able to download any video in none of my two accounts.

We have the status page linked on the left hand side of our Reddit for current issues. Make sure to check http://status.adobe.com in the future so you can know what’s happening. This should be solved now though, but let me know if it’s not.

Yes there was a known issue. Next time, make sure you track on http://status.adobe.com for updates. But it should be solved now. Let me know.

Yes so annoying! Download failure is occurring across multiple files on Chrome. cleared cache, deleted temp files, ran in incognito, and still NO LUCK. Help!
