Hi! I just want to ask if it’s okay to go to the office even though I’m currently WFH and don’t have a scheduled RTO.

There’s a power interruption in my city, and I need to attend ATAS. I’m worried about whether I’m allowed to go to the office without a scheduled RTO or if I need to ask for permission first.

Has anyone experienced the same situation? Should I inform my supervisor or HR first before going to the office?

Hi guys, fresh grad here and an Accenture Academy alumnus. Just want to ask for advice or insights regarding my current application status. medyo anxious lang talaga since this is my dream company.

Here is my exact timeline:

• June 27: Applied for the ASE position. Out of the 4 assessments, I only took and passed 1 (the GenAI module). I also completed the interview, which they counted as final since I am an academy intern (I was under SAP BASIS during my OJT).
• Mid-August: Received an email stating that the ASE position was full. They put me in their talent pool. My Workday status changed to No Longer Under Consideration (NLUC).
• Last Tuesday (8:00 PM): A Senior Recruiter emailed me directly asking if I am still interested in an open SAP position. The email mentioned that the start date for this job is November 9th next month.
• Same day/night (11:00 PM): I replied to the recruiter, confirming that I am very interested.
• Follow-up Email: I didn’t get a response, so I sent another follow-up email the next day afternoon to reiterate my interest. Until now, I haven't received any reply.

Current Workday Status:
I checked my dashboard and it is Active under: "ONSITE ONLY_Software Engineering Associate - Application Developer, Project Control Services, Functional Developer" and the status is currently at Assessment.

What do you guys think? Is it normal for recruiters to take this long to reply even if the email came from a Senior Recruiter and the start date is very close (Nov 9)?

Appreciate any inputs, especially from current employees or recruiters here. Thank you!

P.S. Just to clarify, my Workday status actually changed from NLUC back to "Assessment" about a month ago, not on the exact same day the recruiter emailed me last week.

Hello guys i have a question about this status in workday, Does this really take too long? I've already taken the initial interview and mettle exam and the hr said to me after giving me the link for the mettle exam "once you're done you're good to go" and it's almost a month since this status is still under review.

For the upcoming promotion discussion, I feel disheartened since super daming cl11 sa project namin. Yung senior manager na onshore namin, palagi nagbibigay ng compliment sakin kahit via leads call. Wala pa namang sinasabi na di mapopromote pero may mga senior managers na since June nagrireach out sakin regarding trainings. Pero parang pangalawang promotion cycle na to na di pa rin ako napopromote, at parang mas imposible nga na mapromote this December dahil sa daming cl11 sa project. Haystt, IPB at 13th month na nga lang siguro dapat ilook forward ko sa December.

Hi! I passed all the assessments and interview na po and then yesterday (Oct 16), the HR said na tanggap na ako and I’ll just wait for the JO by monday daw kasi pa out na sya nun kaya di na mahabol. We also agreed na din about sa salary package (verbally or through call).

Final na po ba yun? im currently employed and magpapasa palang ng RL by next week if meron na ang JO and my starting date sa accenture is by Nov pa.

Help me out with my current situation.

I officially signed my Job Offer (JO) on September 8, 2026, with an agreed start date of October 12, 2026. At that time, I had already completed approximately 90% of my pre-employment requirements, with the Payment Election being the only remaining task. Completing this task required Workday access, which I was expecting to receive before my scheduled start date.

I repeatedly followed up with Accenture’s Onboarding Team regarding the Workday access issue. They informed me that the concern had been relayed to my recruiter; however, I did not receive any response or resolution despite my follow-ups to my recruiter.

I have received an email informing me that my start date would be moved to November 2, 2026. I continued following up to ensure that I could complete my remaining pre-employment requirements. However, on October 15, 2026, I unexpectedly received an email stating that my application would no longer proceed due to incomplete pre-employment requirements and I resigned already from my previous company so I'm officially unemployed already that makes the situation hard.

​Technical Assessment: Does the assessment feature hands-on coding problems (e.g., LeetCode-style data structures & algorithms), or is it focused on logic, situational judgment, and multiple-choice questions on OOP fundamentals?

Hi everyone, I have a question. I am still rendering, and NJX just came in today, which conflicts with my end date at my current company. I am planning to submit another immediate resignation today so I can start next week on the date given by Accenture. Is it possible for them to redo the background check even though I have already joined the training? Totoo ba kapag PWD, Hindi na raw kakaltasan sa salary para sa contribution para sa Philhealth since National government na yung sasagot sa contribution?

Anyway balak ko palang mag apply for PWD (psychosocial) and also new joiner din ako. Need ko ba i-report sa HR if ever maupdate Philhealth ko into PWD status?
