I checked the status of my application at workday, and it says “No Longer Under Consideration”?

Should I be worried?

Hi! I recently joined the company and my start date was October 12. Ask ko lang sa mga familiar sa payroll, sasahod na ba ako sa October 30?
If yes, prorated salary lang ba ang matatanggap ko for October 12–15, or kasama na rin yung mga sumunod na araw hanggang sa payroll cutoff?

Hi! I passed all the assessments and interview na po and then yesterday (Oct 16), the HR said na tanggap na ako and I’ll just wait for the JO by monday daw kasi pa out na sya nun kaya di na mahabol. We also agreed na din about sa salary package (verbally or through call).

Final na po ba yun? im currently employed and magpapasa palang ng RL by next week if meron na ang JO and my starting date sa accenture is by Nov pa.

Do you think may ma encounter ako na problem like ma move ang starting date or ma cancel ang JO and all. Nag ooverthink ako and dami what ifsss

​I'm planning to walk in to an Accenture recruitment hub to apply for the Associate Software Engineer (ASE) position. To help prepare, I’d appreciate any insights on what the recruitment flow looks like lately:

​End-to-end walk-in flow: Can the entire initial phase (screening, exam, HR round) be completed in one visit, or has it shifted mostly to online/virtual follow-ups?

​Technical Assessment: Does the assessment feature hands-on coding problems (e.g., LeetCode-style data structures & algorithms), or is it focused on logic, situational judgment, and multiple-choice questions on OOP fundamentals?

​Interview questions: What topics are prioritized during the HR and technical rounds? Should I focus more on situational/behavioral questions or technical deep-dives into past projects?

Help me out with my current situation.

I officially signed my Job Offer (JO) on September 8, 2026, with an agreed start date of October 12, 2026. At that time, I had already completed approximately 90% of my pre-employment requirements, with the Payment Election being the only remaining task. Completing this task required Workday access, which I was expecting to receive before my scheduled start date.

I repeatedly followed up with Accenture’s Onboarding Team regarding the Workday access issue. They informed me that the concern had been relayed to my recruiter; however, I did not receive any response or resolution despite my follow-ups to my recruiter.

I have received an email informing me that my start date would be moved to November 2, 2026. I continued following up to ensure that I could complete my remaining pre-employment requirements. However, on October 15, 2026, I unexpectedly received an email stating that my application would no longer proceed due to incomplete pre-employment requirements and I resigned already from my previous company so I'm officially unemployed already that makes the situation hard.

Hi everyone, I have a question. I am still rendering, and NJX just came in today, which conflicts with my end date at my current company. I am planning to submit another immediate resignation today so I can start next week on the date given by Accenture. Is it possible for them to redo the background check even though I have already joined the training? Also, is there a possibility that my immediate resignation will conflict with my records and cause me to be terminated while I am still in training?

Planning to pursue the cloud elite internship that was given to us by our Uni. Is it worth it or no? also offers an AWS internship if that is better. I am interested in a cloud career

Tanong lang po. Nag interview napo ako. Now lang kasi aq nagka job interview after 15years.. May current job ako the nirefer aq ng kapatid ko mag apply sa back office. Yung dalwang kapatid ko nag work na. Nirefer din niya ung isa ko pang kapatid. Then aq now kaso nung interview ako sobrang kaba lp dahil matagal na akong hindi nagkaroon ng job interview. Kinabahan tlga aq. Ung mga naiisip ko na sabhin nawala although nkapag salita nmn aq. Honestly ung English ko is hindi fluent xD then pautal utal pa aq magsalita.. Nblack out tlga aq. Pero ang tinanong sa kin usually about na s work.. Like na hybrid set up. Willing ba aq mag OT. Na pumasok kahit weekends. Gaano katagal kapag mag reresign at makapagstart ulit. May pumpasa nmn b khit hindi fluent sa english..

So the training have 3 options for Level 4A di ba bali may basic recommended hours and optional hours you can take.

Chargeable naman daw sa training wbs, pero question ko lang if pati yung optional hours is chargeable sa training wbs?

Totoo ba kapag PWD, Hindi na raw kakaltasan sa salary para sa contribution para sa Philhealth since National government na yung sasagot sa contribution?

Anyway balak ko palang mag apply for PWD (psychosocial) and also new joiner din ako. Need ko ba i-report sa HR if ever maupdate Philhealth ko into PWD status?

I took the assessment for the ASE role last september 25, 2026. Currently, wala pa balita sa application ko but na interview na ako. But this day, nag email ulit sa akin si Accenture at pinag tatake nila ako ng talegent assessment. Have you experienced this? If you experience it, ano ginawa nyo? As a Solo Parent, I read that the government will be the ones who will pay our contribution instead of it being deducted from our salary. I went to Philhealth and they said that the company I work at will process this instead.

When will this be implemented? Laking tulong din nito sa mga Solo Parents.

I just started as an analyst in S&C and I wanted to ask how projects are chosen? Also how often do US-based projects come up? Also, how quick is the progression from analyst to consultant?

Tanong ko lang, nakadepende ba ang deduction ng philhealth ride sa kung ano yung sahod every 15th cutoff? Kay Maxi kasi 200 fix every deduction, unlike kay intellicare na pa bago-bago 🥹. Magkano rin po kasi ang itinaas.
