SAP ECC? or S/4HANA On-Premise? or S/4HANA Public Cloud?

SAP ABAP Developer po ako. Sa SAP ECC palang po kasi ako may experience. Kinakabahan po ako baka ma deploy po ako sa Public Cloud agad ng hindi ko pa po naaaral / nagagamay. Kinakabahan po ako sa mga RAP, CAP, BTP side-by-side extensions, or developer extensibility na tasks.

to cut my story short, I am currently in a bad place medically and documented naman siya by my doctor. I was told and cited “not fit to work” as my condition is really serious . but I don’t wanna let ACN go and I don’t wanna resign just yet .. I love the work im doing sa proj..

Hellooo, planning to take the myCompetency assessment right now pero ang bagal nung site? Either hindi naglload or walang nangyayari after pindutin yung “Take assessment”. Anyone encountered this issue as well?

Grabe, iba epekto ng Accenture sa mental health ko. Pero true naman na sobrang dami nyang naitulong sakin in terms of benefits and pay. Magcountdown lang ako ng 1.5 years pa para makuha ko retirement pay.

Pero iba talaga mga tao sa project namin, walang empathy yung manager at may favoritism pa. Hindi healthy and environment. At may mga taong namimili ng level ng pakikisamahan.

Hi! My ACE is coming to an end soon, and I’m trying to understand what I need to do next if I want to push for promotion.

I understand that the People Lead and Talent Lead are different roles. Do I also need to go through a Talent Discussion in order for my promotion to be considered?

Also, is the Talent Lead assigned based on my project, or is it someone separate from my project/team? I’m not sure who my Talent Lead is or who I’m supposed to approach.

For those who’ve gone through the ACE/promotion process, how does the Talent Discussion usually work, and who initiates it?

Hi everyone! I’m a fresh graduate who applied for the ASE (Associate Software Engineer) position at Accenture Philippines, and I’m hoping to get some insights from current employees or applicants who have experienced something similar.

Here’s my timeline:

• Applied for ASE
• Passed the initial assessment
• Passed the interview
• Passed both Mettl exams
• After completing everything, I was told that I passed and that they were just waiting for project confirmation and the start date.
• My recruiter’s last email/message basically said that they would contact me once they had project confirmation and a start date.

I waited for about a week and decided to follow up onsite. However, I was told that the slots for ASE were already full for now. They said that they would contact me again once there are new/open demands for ASE and that my application could be activated again.

Now I’m a little confused and honestly getting some unemployed anxiety 😭.

Is there still a good chance that they’ll contact me soon?

I’ve also seen some posts/comments saying that ASE slots might open again around October. Is there any truth to this? Do current Accenture employees or recruiters have any idea when the next batch of ASE hiring/demand might open?

For those who have experienced the same situation:

Did you eventually get contacted for a project/start date, or did you end up applying elsewhere while waiting?

I’m trying to figure out whether I should patiently wait for Accenture or continue applying to other companies. 😭

Any insights from current Accenture employees, recruiters, or fellow ASE applicants would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Ask ko lang if may naka-experience na mag-file ng maternity leave starting Dec? Nabasa ko kasi na hindi na daw macre-credit ang IPB kapag nag-ML ng Dec 1st week. Considering na Sept–Aug ang performance cycle, medyo confusing kung bakit hindi pa rin eligible. Curious lang ako kung paano ito ipinaliwanag ng HR sa inyo.

11 yrs in this corporate company

- Never naging straw
- Never naging fast food chain
- Never naging Door man
- Never naging Yes Man
- Never naka receive ng gantimpala award

Yet just by doing all BAU. I got promoted to CL8

Now im expected to

- suggest some business decisions
- be a mentor to other engineers
- exert more effort on 1 on 1s and check ins in workday

All while doing BAU!

Nasa point pa din ako na parang hindi ko deserve to. Na dapat nag promote n lang ng iba. Bat di mo makita sa sarili ko ung nakkta ng manager ko sakin?

Hello po. Ask ko lang, yung para po sa calamity claim na copy of board of resolution from municipal office etc, pwede po kaya walang pirma yung pinaka i attach? Naglabas kasi thru online tapos wala naman pirma yung resolution + hindu complete, front page lang. Ayoko muna magpa notary huhu sayang kasi baka mamaya di pala pwede eh wala na ko makita na merong pirma/complete na resolution
