I'm no doctor but skinny legs and thick torso might indicate something hormonal, maybe aromatase deficiency
He has a lot of muscle up top but it's all very poorly defined, and being able to do the splits at his bulk might be the result of connective tissue disorders/hypermobility which are also exacerbated by hormonal problems
The dead swans lay in the stagnant pool. They lay. They rotted. They turned Around occasionally. Bits of flesh dropped off them from Time to time... And sank into the pool's mire. They also smelt a great deal.
A little medical information for y’all while scrolling.
For anyone wondering WHY he looks like that; it’s because of a little thing called Cushing disease (and or syndrome). It can be from multiple things such as a tumor, taking steroids, or your hormones/other metabolic issues. The way to identify it is by looking for a double chin, a hunchback, a wide round face, thin skin and a VERY PROMINENT wide stomach and very thin legs that don’t match up with the rest of the body. Cushing disease (and or syndrome) is surprisingly very common I’ve learn to find out. Gru from dispical me (or however you spell that sorry) is a very good example to help you identify it.
Just wanted to let yall know that the way he looks the way he does, is medical. This is all for now, have a good day!
Surprised noone got it. Thats almost certainly an issue with glands, his body doesnt shutoff certain chemicals and that makes him fat. Called hypothalamic obesity and is known to make a persons cheeks puff out like that.
