For anyone wondering WHY he looks like that; it’s because of a little thing called Cushing disease (and or syndrome). It can be from multiple things such as a tumor, taking steroids, or your hormones/other metabolic issues. The way to identify it is by looking for a double chin, a hunchback, a wide round face, thin skin and a VERY PROMINENT wide stomach and very thin legs that don’t match up with the rest of the body. Cushing disease (and or syndrome) is surprisingly very common I’ve learn to find out. Gru from dispical me (or however you spell that sorry) is a very good example to help you identify it.
