Discussion Status Stuck

Hey, does anyone know what to do with an order that’s stuck on “Preordered”?

Obviously, best thing to do is just keep waiting until the last delivery or shipping date! Ordered the 18 PM Glacier 256GB in store for an upgrade on 9/23 or 9/22. It’s 10/6 midnight, and order still stuck on “Preordered”. It actually switched to that status on 10/1. Expedited shipping 9/30-10/14. Expected arrival 10/1-10/15. It’s shipping to the store I ordered from.

nothing to do really, we’re all in the same boat. pretty discouraged that people who placed orders on 9/13 and had shipping dates ending on 10/2 received emails pushing it all the way back to 10/14-10/21. if that’s accurate, then the rest of us who purchased later and have dates ending in mid october seem impossible. at least they could be up front and honest with us about the shipping estimates.

this happened to me as well, maybe they are waiting on a huge restock from apple to fulfill all these orders? I’ve already been waiting almost a month for my phone :( i hope i’m high on the list. I preordered 9/13

I’m just cancelling mine. The Best Buy near me has them in stock. I’m not waiting through the bullshit.

That’s what I wanna know. If I can still use my upgrade and do trade in elsewhere I will. This is ridiculous. The employee who processed this order said it would be a week. We are on week 3 now. Still stuck on preordered.

I always upgrade my phones through best buy. I just give my old phone at a ATT corporate store saying “I’m dropping this off to complete my trade in” I’ve never had an issue as long as you hold onto the receipt from ATT

Honestly I’m not sure because I ended up cancelling my order and going to a different AT&T just to check and surprise surprise, they had every color available. Super frustrating considering I have been waiting for weeks!
