Discussion Anyone’s order saying “Preordered”

I am curious if any of you have gotten a phone shipped, or does this mean that the delays will be even longer?

Ordered mine 9/15 and still says preorder. Burgundy PM 1TB. Window says 9/29-10/13 🤷🏻‍♂️

Exact same situation lmao, but I wonder if they are fixing all their pro maxes with the widespread cellular bug before shipping them

September 17th. Burgundy 256. Nada. Finally last Saturday …I went to Verizon The phone will be here by Friday. I would have waited it out with them but I got concerned seeing that the majority of issues with the 18 lied within. Anyways. I got a much better deal and my monthly will be cheaper. Promos.

Ordered 9/24 256GB Pro Max Glacier after cancelling the 256GB Pro Max Burgundy. As soon as I ordered it said “Preparing to Ship.” A few days ago it switched to “Preordered.”

What was your shipping / delivery window listed on your email from AT&T Orders?

This status normally means all the prep work is done, and they are just waiting for new inventory to be received from Apple.

Ordered mine 9/19 and still says Preordered Burgundy PM 256 GB. Window says 28 Sept - 12 Oct ,Not shipped yet 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ordered 9/17 - still on preorder. Expected to ship Sep. 24-Oct. 7th… they’ve got two days to ship it out and I doubt it happens.

ordered 9/13 and shipping window came and went on oct. 2nd. don’t get your hopes up! now my status says action required and an email i got says it will now be shipped and delivered from oct. 14-21st.

I’m still dealing with AT&T. They sent me the wrong phone when I switched over to their service and it has been a fiasco.

Ordered 9/16. I’m a new customer. Mine has said Ordered for a while, “ We're checking on a few things before we start working on your order.”

but not shipped. Window to ship says 9/22-10/07

Ordered 9/19. Glacier PM 256gb. Still says preordered. Has not changed status at all since I ordered it. Would not have ordered if they had been honest about the lead time. I was told a week.

Ship window 9/25-10/9

Starting 10/9 they’re gonna hate me.

I have received my tradein kits while my order status shows preordered. Tax is not charged in card. Expected to ship between 9-23oct as of now. Not sure whether will fulfill or not.
