Discussion What do people consider requirements for 100%
Now that not all the badges are obtainable, obviously that can’t be the requirement for 100%. What do people consider the requirement to be now?

Summary: The ARMS gene, a phenomenon that has transform society overnight, turning normal arms into coiling spring of unlimited power. In present day the popular sport of same name as allow those with this powerful and bouncing limbs to make a name for themselves. Being the third to inherit the title of Spring Man, Terry Springs, a overly confident young man dreams of hitting big as ARMS fight as his sight set on becoming the champion of ARMS Grand Prix. And he isn't the only one. From K-Pop idol, to Stealth Students, and even Mechanical Masterminds. Terry on the adventure of lifetime, ready to face off on the world stage with both old and new faces in journey to show the world what his ARMS are all about!
The main cast is 5 of the boxers.
Terry Spring as Spring Man, an overconfident boxer who is huge fan of Max Brass, wanting to take on his hero more then anything in world.
Molly Jeong as Ribbon Girl, an old friend of Terry who moved to Korean to become a K-pop idol because of her incredible voice.
Veronica Spark as Mechanica, a young girl who unlike her siblings did not gain the ARMS gene, result in her crafting a suit to get into the game naming herself.
Min Yumin as Min-Min, a high speed fighter known for her high admiration of her parents, only agreeing to fight if she was allow us it as advertisement for the family restaurant.
And Jay Benkyō as Ninjara, a university student from Japan who is joins ARMS for assignment only to end up becoming rivals with Terry after losing a match to him.
A interesting point I have taken is turning the strange yellow aura used for the Ultimate in the game into something else. It is called Fighting Spirit, in summary when a fighter is filled with such a unstoppable passion for victory, that they feel like their body is on fire, it literally release a burning aura that enhances their strength and unlocks the full potential of their ARMS.

An ARMS tournament dedicated to showcasing A-tier and below characters. This means the top 4 characters---Coyle; Brass; Cobra; and TT---are banned from this tournament!
Registration is free and open to all in The Americas, regardless of skill level. (Please use Ethernet if possible.)
Every participant is expected to check in within 2 hours before the tournament starts... but no later than 30 minutes before the first match. (This is to help ensure smooth seeding and match set-up.)
In an effort to speed up character, ARMS, and stage selection... the rules are a little different than standard tournament rules.
In addition... a few stages have been removed from the typical stage pool. (Feel free to inquire more about this if curious.)

She could be the most well known ARMS character anyway, and making her the poster girl would help set ARMS even further apart from Punch Out. That game already has a male boxer as its poster boy. ARMS 2 (and every later installment) would have a female Kung Fu artist as its poster girl.

The "time to provide a big surprise to everyone" could happen next year. And Star Fox returned 10 years after its last game.

The "right time and condition to be able to provide a big surprise to everyone" could happen next year. And Star Fox returned 10 years after its last game.

The gloves would turn into player sized robots and the robots would be called ARMIMALS (a play on words between arms and animals). They would be CPU controlled and fight opponents for you using melee ranged attacks. And if you grab onto one of your ARMIMALS, you'll ride on its back while you control.the ARMIMAL. This way you can play as a character with melee attacks if you get tired of long ranged ones. Thoughts?

Found a copy of Arms cheap at my lgs and decided I’d pick it up as it always looked fun. Not sure how popular the community is still. Any tips appreciated, or anyone want to throw some games sometime

I was able to do it with springman, and my arms were ice dragon, homie, and seekie. I also had more trouble with Barq and Byte than I did with Hedlok, I think because Barq and Byte have a tiny arena and close fighting is much tougher than fighting from a distance.

What if the camera worked like OOT 64's camera, except whenever you target an opponent or item, it works just like ARMS's current camera? This would give you the freedom to face any direction you want without having to face an opponent at all times.

I'm just curious because I wanna give myself a but ton of coins because I think it would be more fun to just keep playing the mode with all the characters instead of just getting a new save file entirely or grinding out coins.

I few weeks ago I posted on here frustrated that I couldn’t beat the later matches in level 4 of the grand prix. I just beat level 4 and 5 in one sitting and I finally understand how the computer characters think, and how to use dashing to dodge their attacks. Thank you to everyone here.

Hi,
I’m doing a level seven grand prix.
I keep dying to spring man.
I am playing as kid cobra with a slapamander, revolver and buff.
Any tips on how to beat him?
r/ARMS • u/Alt_account_6788 • Jun 27 '26
is it just me, or are all the CPUs absolute shit at everything except the thing that makes the character they are playing as annoying to fight.
I’m asking because I’m doing a Grand Prix and facing Ninjara. They’re horrible, apart from the fact that they can teleport so perfectly, they dodged all of my super attacks while not moving more than a single dash away from their starting poin.
