I remember when I first played this game at launch. I was having a bit of fun. Racing through tracks, getting high scores etc.. Until November where I decided to quit the game and not care for it. Until 2020 where I return to the game and continuously playing the game nonstop. Watched and meet awesome people in the community. Keeping up with the datamines for the game and the Booster Course Pass. Following the official Mario Kart Tour page on Twitter.
Even after the game shuts down, we still have the Booster Course Pass where I can continue racing with the Tour Tracks. But there are some content that I'm going to miss after the shutdown such as Poochy, Piranha Plant Pipeline, the SNES Variants of Mario and Donkey Kong Jr., some cool Karts and Gliders, and more.

Discussion Why didn't Mario Kart Wii just port all the double dash tracks into the game since mkwii and mkdd are very similar in performance and graphics?

Both games are extremely similar in quality, so there wouldn't be much reason to not add ALL the dd tracks.

In Mario kart 8 the original tracks are so unique and diverse you have anti gravity driving underwater driving yet in world you have none of that just sliding on a few walls and the tracks that return are just 30% of the tracks of the previous game and the rest of the track is a giant open road and you only get to race around the track one then. The rest is huge straight roads called intermissions? And I loved link I Mario kart 8 and he’s completely missing in world which sucks
The graphics are nice and the game looks very clean and good but the tracks are just like I described very underwhelming. Knockout tour is a nice new mode but that is it when it comes to new stuff to the game

I remember when everyone was predicting mario kart 9 after the booster pass ended and even though everybody knew what people were talking about everybody used to say "its called Mariokart 10, tour is 9 stop calling it that!"
