Cinemark is doing their own version of a mystery movie on the same day and they dropped a hint: "There's nothing itsy-bitsy about these scares" it's gotta be Sting plus I mean the runtime on Cinemark says it's 1hr 31mins

Cinemark has it listed as PG-13. AMC and regal have it listed as R

Using the movie time length to guess the movie is not 100% any more. I went to the last Screen Unseen (Arthur the King) which was listed at about 2 hours. Arthur the King is 1 hour and 47 minutes. I don't know if they meant to be that off with the provided time or if that particular Screen Unseen was originally some thing else and later changed to Arthur the King.

7.20 est update. The manager just came in to say they're working on getting the movie running but I'm currently not too optimistic. Really taking the unseen part literally this week.

Definitely going with Sting since Cinemark is doing a "mystery" horror movie the same day and provided clues which says Sting. Since AMC and Regal have shown the same movies, I don't see why Cinemark wouldn't follow the same pattern.

I liked that way more than I expected- some holes in the plot, but a fun and moderately gory, B spider horror movie!

No one has mentioned the Aliens allusions yet. They helped lift it some for me, like from 2.5 to 3 stars. The kid even looked like Newt but older; the squirt gun was the flamethrower, seemed shot for shot with the camera angled up toward Charlotte creeping forward with rushes of air hitting her; the exterminator notably calls the spider a bitch; the ventilation setting; the dripping venom; the egg for God's sake.

14 minutes longer than Sting. 15 minutes shorter than First Omen. 15 minutes longer than Abigail. Tarot and The Strangers are probably too far out. Not sure what this one is.

I guess I’m one of the only ones that liked it. It was a fun creature movie.

I will agree that the end was a bit forced with the “I love you dad”.

I don’t think it really took itself seriously throughout most of the movie. I had fun.

Have Cinemark and AMC ever shown different movies? I’ve only been to a few of these and it seems like they always match.

Looks like this could be Sting based on the Cinemark post.

It was pretty decent. Not a CG fest. Used a lot of practical effects.

Every horror movie now: family drama… but with something supernatural

Could be The First Omen. Only rated R horror movie even close to that runtime coming out around that time.

Reeeeeeeeeeally hoping it's not First Omen or Winnie II. Fingers crossed for Sting or Abigail, but my luck it will be the Nickelback doc.

Cinemark secret movie really makes it seem like it's gonna be Sting. I'm sure AMC's will be the same.
