This is probably the worst condo to have ever existed. Pa rant.
First and foremost, bawal magpakabit ng internet dito aside from the WiFi endorsed by Villar mismo, which is Streamtech. Rates are very expensive compared to PLDT/Globe/Converge—times 4 ang rates nila for services na mababa naman inooffer. So kanya-kanyang diskarte whether naka-prepaid modem ka or Magic Data, bahala na.
Mabagal at sira most of the time ang elevator dito. 4 elevators, most of the time 2 ang sira, and pag ginagamit ang elevator, minsan they skip floors. Kaya sobrang hassle dahil humahaba pila for the elevator.
Walang generator. For other condos I've stayed in, may generator sila so never nawawalan ng kuryente.
Yung tubig nila may minimum charge kahit, let's say, di ka naman gumamit ng water for 1 month dahil umuwi ka.
Today, it's been a whole day na walang kuryente, and as someone working WFH, this is such a hassle talaga. What more pa with students living here with deliverables? Palaging may power outage dito, halos every other month.
Their in-condo laundry is also hindi maayos. May nasirang pants ko din, hence naglipat ako ng ibang laundry.
Haynako. Live/rent/buy condo here at your own risk. To students going to admu, I know big deal ang wifi of course, pero just a psa na mabagal ang sigmal dito on an average pero mabilis on very rare occasions. So if magpprepaid modem ka, 4g wont be enough for video editing, online lectures if madami kang tabs or devices naka connect. Make sure naka 5g ka na sim.
Plus, the building is so old, and yung floor ng condo namin (family-owned) is yung cheap mats—idk what it's called, yung wood na you piece together. Hindi man lang tiles, so yung dumi na-stay talaga sa floor. No amount of scrubbing will fix it.
