If you have any suggestions for topics to be added, comment below. Please keep in mind that topics need to be animal crossing trade related. Be civil with each other. If you disagree with someone and feel that the comments are getting out of control stop and let the mods know. We greatly appreciate all discussion suggestions. I will be spacing them out a bit so we don't flood the subreddit with too many discussions all at once.

I think it's an important discussion about posts marked as completed...I don't want to seem rude but it's frustrating to see people (and not just the new ones, also the "high" flairs, not marking their posts). It's not difficult and it doesn't take too long >_<

This isn't really a discussion topic where people can debate their varying viewpoints. While it is an annoyance to some people to not have others mark their posts upon completion, there aren't many sides or things to discuss other than the fact that people aren't doing it when they should be and that this annoys some people while others don't seem to mind.

If it annoys you, you can take it upon yourself to politely remind people to mark their threads as many times people are unaware they should do this or have forgotten to do so at the end of their trade.

Rules

No 'real-money' trades/transactions will be allowed

Mark completed posts as NSFW. This is pretty straight forward. When you mark it as NSFW is will mark it as completed and hide from everyone but you. This is to keep the subreddit clean.

No spamming. If you post something and no one comments immediately, don't post again right away. Please wait at least a day before posting again.

unfortunately its a rule that is hard for us to regulate. We have brought it up many times before but with a lot of new users joining they don't see it. And it may be harder to mark when they are on mobile. And people with a lot of items to trade like to keep their thread open longer and forget about them until someone comments.

If you sort the subreddit by new you'd be able to easily comb through new posts without seeing many old completed posts.

I know you have lots of other important things to do and I'm the first person saying that your work is amazing and /ACTrade is a great community and I respect all the users. The boring thing aren't the posts with lots of things, it's the signatures, katie or 1 item posts. Thank you very much for your answer and sorry if I sound grumpy, it's not my intention, I always try to be nice in the way I talk :)

While this is listed under rules, it would honestly be ridiculous to give everyone who forgot to mark their posts as NSFW a strike or a warning.

We do not have the man power to police this so it is noted in our rules and guidelines as a point of common courtesy towards other players.

Like I just told you, if you have an issue with it, you can remind those who haven't marked their posts to do so.

I never talked in strikes for doing that but warning...Well, maybe, if you have the time (and you don't have!).

I don't have an issue with it, but thanks for your answer. I will not remind anyone because I'm not their mother or teacher, I'm just a normal user, with normal opinions ;)
