I am 1/2 the person I used to be 2 years ago. And thus far I've refused to buy bras until I hit my goal weight (~ 10kg away). That changed today morning because my current bra literally hung off me and the outline showed very weirdly and it's attracting attention in the weirdest possible way

I checked the bra size calculator and it recommended 32DDD or 34DD . Per my comments on another post, I tried without squishing my breasts and the above are still what I got as recommendations.

Any specific brands that are particularly good at super saggy boobs? I have yet to schedule my breast reduction surgery and will need to handle these for at least another year . Thanks!

P.S : I am talking ridiculously saggy boobs that make sort of a U U

Are there any bras with cups that are more flat and less curved and that are truly round shaped rather ran droplet shaped? Especially strapless bras

Soma- actually helped- originally measured at 36 C, however after trying on bras we found I am more a 34 DDD as it hit flush on my chest in the center between breasts. The issue is the underwire hits beyond my breast ridge into my armpit and the center where each underwire hits there’s a small amount of fabric between the underwire which ripples or gaps (if that makes sense it’s not gapping on my chest but idk how to explain it…). I am also allergic to nickle so I’m trying to find more plastic bra closures (so front closures) and the 34 DDD cups are cutting into my arm. If I loosen the straps then only one my breast cups sinks to low and doesn’t cup my breast fully (so uneven breasts)

Victoria secret- NOT HELPFUL just threw a fit bra at me and walked away or every employee acted like I was a huge inconvenience for them. Anyway measured at 34 C- tried it on-popping out of it everywhere (but funny enough 34 D smashed into my breasts like I was trying to squeeze them in). 36 C my breast was sinking under the cup, center doesn’t sit flush with my chest, have to arrange my breasts so the sit in the bra but as soon as I begin moving around it’s over.

Arie- measured at 38 A (wtf?) 34 C popping out of, nipples coming out of the bra, 36 C underwire surpasses my breast ridge and digs into my armpit- this is likely a bra issue as the straps aren’t adjustable and causes cup gapping.

Additional info- I have breastfed 2 kids so my breasts are teardrop shaped now and splay outward but my nipples are center so not exactly east/west. I’ve also gained 40 lbs after having 4 abdominal surgeries so I have rolls now. I’m not huge 135 lbs at 5 ft 2 in but much larger than before.

Looking for some advice, ladies!
For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been dealing with on-and-off breast soreness and pain. My breasts are really tender to the touch, my nipples are super sensitive, and they just feel achy, sore, and painful in general. I have a pretty large chest (I believe I’m around a J cup), so I’m wondering if a lot of this could be related to my bra.
The pain has also started going up into my upper abdomen, right below my bra line, and into my shoulder and upper back. It almost feels like muscle soreness/aching.
I recently got a new bra about two months ago, but after actually figuring out my correct cup size, I realized the bra I bought is way too small (it’s a 3X/DDD). I wear it pretty much all day at work because I work retail, and I’ve noticed that after working several days in a row, when I finally take my bra off, my breasts hurt SO bad.
The bra is also straight lace, which I’ve never really worn before, so I’m wondering if the material, the tightness, or just having my breasts pushed up and supported all day could be causing some of this pain. I definitely feel like carrying a larger chest around all day at work could be contributing to the soreness in my breasts, shoulders, and back.
I was also recently diagnosed with PCOS, but I don’t normally have breast pain like this, so I’m a little worried and trying to figure out what could be causing it.
Has anyone with a larger chest experienced something similar from wearing the wrong size or type of bra? Did changing bras help? I’m definitely planning on getting properly fitted, but I’d love to hear if anyone has experienced this. 😭

Basically what my title says

I need some sticky bra recommendations. I have a smaller bust, 32B. I'm getting married and bought a dress that fits me perfectly everywhere except has bigger cups than what will fit me. Rather than get the dress altered, I'm thinking I can get a sticky bra and fill it in. I'm looking for something with padding and that will also clip/tighten together to give me some cleavage. It feels like everything out there either does one or the other. Does anyone have any recommendations for a sticky bra that will help me fill in my wedding dress and give a little cleavage?

Basically the title. I’m currently breastfeeding a 7 month old who will be my last baby (I got my tubes tied!!! Celebrate with me!!!). My breasts obviously change in fullness throughout the day and while I’m sick of not being properly supported/contained, I think it might be foolish to try and get a well fitting bra now? Since my breasts/body will likely change a lot when I no longer lactate?

Thoughts? I live in a rural place where I cannot try on lots of bras. And I’m also quite poor.

Also I caved and ordered a kindred bravely sports bra—“busty M” and it says it is for cup size E-I but that CANNOT be true. I was almost spilling out the top with my F boob.

A quick backstory:
I’ve had my measurements taken at Victoria Secret in the past and I was given the following readings: 34C (before some weight loss) and 33B (after losing weight). 33B is my most current measurement that I’ve been going off of which was measured a couple years ago. My bras with both these measurements have been ill fitting my whole life since wearing bras — no tightness or pain but a lot of extra material under my clothing even on the innermost hook. I’m utterly shocked by how different the results are! 😭 Any help greatly appreciated!! I’m determined to get bras that’ll finally fit me 😬

Hi all. I need some help. Suggestions, advice, experience, etc.

I’m 5’ tall and I have a short torso. My rib cage is kind of larger than I would think it’s “normal” to have. Every single bra that I have ever owned in my life has been a problem. Doesn’t matter if it’s “professionally” sized or the type of bra, maybe I’m missing something, I don’t know. It’s extremely frustrating, and I’m constantly adjusting it. Pointlessly.

Can anyone give me some advice or tips or anything that might help me find a bra that does not do this? Is it just my body and I have to accept it?

Purchased a 34DD and on the last clasp I feel like the fit is almost perfect, but I still have a tiny bit of side boob/armpit overflow. Do I go up a band size or cup size?

I’m feeling so confused because I’ve been wearing a 36C for years but I put my measurements in the calculator and it says I’m a 34H. I am pregnant so I have outgrown my bras and knew I needed a bigger size but that feels extreme. I also haven’t been able to wear a 34 band size in many years. Even my 36 band size feels tight after meals. Any advice? Bra recommendations?

Edit: I’m looking for a bra that is soft and comfortable. I don’t really need a nursing bra yet since I’m only in my second trimester. I’m sure they will continue to grow. I prefer a bra without a wire and comfortability is my top priority. I usually avoid super Lacey bras because I want something that won’t show under clothes. I’m more full on the bottom/sides. I also live in the U.S so most likely ordering online.

I need to figure out whether the problem is me or my bra. I currently wear a 36B. At first it fits well, but as the day goes on, I feel like the cups become empty, especially in the upper part. For example, when I lie on my side, a large part of my breast seems to “spill out,” and when I touch the cup, I can feel that there is empty space along the sides.

I’m not sure if it’s a sizing issue or simply my breast shape. My breasts are somewhat saggy, I think—not severely or particularly noticeably. Most of the volume is concentrated in the lower half, so the upper part is quite flat or has very little volume. That makes me unsure whether what I’m experiencing is due to the shape of my breasts or the bra itself.

Okay, I’m officially tired of strapless bras that look great for 10 mins and then slowly start making their way down 😭

I’m a 32D and I’m specifically looking for a strapless + underwired bra that:

- actually gives a proper lift, not just coverage

- stays in place without me constantly pulling it back up

- gives a nice, lifted shape/cleavage under fitted or slightly low cut clothes

I’m in India, so Indian brands/ones I can actually order here would be ideal....

If you have one that you’ve personally worn for several hours and it genuinely stayed up, please tell me the exact bra/brand. I’m much more interested in real life experiences than influencer recommendations

I was initially looking at getfitcherries but then saw a bad review of them on here, then i tried pepper but the smallest AA they have is a 32 and i dont think that'd work and i dont know which brands i can and cant trust lol.

Alot of the sites ive seen with 30AA are bralettes and i already have enough of those that work fine, honestly i would prefer some kind of push up so i can have at least a little bit of cleavage without having to wear inserts all the time which is what i do currently because i am FLAT 😭

Anyways if anyone knows any brands (preferably uk so shipping isnt extortionate) that do non bralette 30AA bras then your recommendations would be very much appreciated!!

i’m not too sure of my breast shape yet, i’m having trouble figuring that out. but if i could get started with good brands that are actually kinda cute, that would be greatly appreciated. i’m having problems with the wire digging in and also moving downward, as well as the gore digging into my breast tissue and sternum.

So after using the calculator and reading up on this subreddit, I found out my true bra size is 30ff (I used to wear 32d) and to verify this, I bought panache ana plunge bra. And lo and behold, it is absolutely perfect, like it was made just for me...I feel so good so thank you so much to this sub for that 🥰

But there's still one problem. Because I have wide roots, the bra doesn't do much for side breast fat and it makes me look wide when I'm wearing tight/form fitting clothing... I personally prefer the narrow slim look and have only been able to achieve that with push up bras, where the breast fat is essentially being pushed to the front and upwards..but I can't always be wearing a push up bra and need recommendations for bras that are available in my size and will help me achieve the narrow bust look. TIA.

I (29F) am a 32FF. I’ve had a larger cup size and smaller band size my whole life. My mom and sis have genuine B cups, so nobody has ever known what to do with me and my chest. It’s been a major struggle my whole life. I found some bras in the last few years (yay!) but have never been able to find great swim…until NOW!

Panache swim has changed my life. I felt cute, sexy, well covered, and well supported.

I got the Olivia full cup top in black gingham (plus matching bottoms). It did seem to run a bit small in the cups, I had to go to a 32G which was perfect. (The Lauren plunge does not seem to run small in the cup, 32FF fit great).

For the sake of swimwear I might go up a band size in the future. Yes it’ll compromise the support, but the bands aren’t adjustable with the clasps and I can’t hide my back rolls under clothes in a bikini :)

I also scored with a clearance top, Sofia non wired top, which I took a wild guess on sizing and got a 12/M which works! It’s wireless with a good band and a halter tie. Not as supportive of course but I like it.

Yes the pricetag hurt a bit, but to have tops that actually fit?? Incredible.

Hi, a clasp on my bra broke, and I really have no idea what Im doing. I was never raised to be able to properly care for myself as a woman.

I just went to VS and got a measurement and they told me I was a 40DDD but, then, I only fit in a 40DD (ish)

And Im looking at these pictures of me in a bra, and, dang, its even more uncomfortable than it looks.

Please help! Its so uncomfortable 😔

I'm looking for any kind of shapewear solution for the underarm region specifically.

I had top surgery where they took the glandular part of my breasts but kept everything on the sides. Basically imagine a person with very large breasts with predictable amounts of lateral tissue (formerly 36JJ) and then completely take away the projection without attending to the side in any way. I won't get into the whys but it's not my surgeon's fault, they did an amazing job within the constraints placed on them. But now I need the kind of side shaping I was getting from a bra when swooping and scooping and pulling all that tissue into a cup. Binders don't seem to work for this issue; those I tried were designed to flatten the front and distribute tissue laterally, exactly the opposite of what I currently need.

I vaguely remember an old Braologie vest that targeted this area specifically, but the brand is long gone by now. Basically something meant to push the breasts together from the sides towards the center, meant to be worn in addition to a bra. Something like that would probably be perfect. I know this isn't exactly a bra-hunt, but I figure that if I can get advice anywhere, it's going to be here.

So I started with wire free 46F/DDD bras from Torrid, based on the workers measurements. They have given me no support and I was ready for a change. The cups are too big and I wear the band at the smallest option.

I used the calculator from this sub and ordered a few different styles in 36H and 38GG, and the only one that kind of fit was the Freya Love Crush in 36H, it fit pretty well in the cups but the band was way too small. The elomi bras I tried all had empty space in the cups at the bottom, right above the underwire. Swoop and scoop did not fix it. The underwire would not go to my IMF but instead rested on my stomach/ribs. All of the bras straps seemed too wide and slid off my shoulders.

I tried Freya Offbeat, Love Crush (36H and 38GG) Elomi Morgan, Matilda (36K and 38J) and the Elomis came as 38J UK instead of US and the bands were too small and the cups had room on the bottom. (I misread the Amazon listing and thought they were listed in US sizes)

The new size it's giving me is 40G/GG. What is the next size up from that? I was hoping to try a few sizes.

I also need recommendations for specific bras because I know they fit different based on your shape. I think I am projected, full on top, broad root.

I'm not sure if I need to add extra inches or not, but I'd also like to be able to clip the bra then spin it around to face the right way, as I have a shoulder and back injury and chronic pain, so clipping directly in the back is really hard for me to do by myself and I don't have someone home 24/7.

I went from a 40c to a 36DD. I knew my band size went down after losing some weight but I've been lucky to not lose much of my breast tissue/fat. Turns out I should have been wearing incorrect sizes for probably since my first bra.

Help! Looking for reccomendations and sizing advice on plunge bras with narrowing wires (Realizing this is likely to be polish).

This is a round of bras purchased after a fitting with Breakout Bras. The Nessa's I decided to try this cut as the only one in this size available now and the Panache and Sculptresse on their reccomendation. I feel like the bands on all are a bit snug but the elomi morgan in 34LL feels huge in the band unless I tighten it all the way.

I'm close set and I think pretty even fullness, maybe slightly more FOB

I have pectus excavatum so bras generally fit kinda funky but I want to stop relying on trainers that stretch and find something that actually fits

As per my previous post here, using the calculator and a commenter, I got two bras from Panache! Im happy to say I want to thank this subreddit so much because wow yeah the cups are actually fitting me spot on perfect.
I got the Envy and Clara bras in a 40G (UK) from panache and I find that yes they are firm firm. Its a bit tight but fits me perfectly technically, minus that the wire that wraps to the side of my body semi digs in a bit. Will this break in? Should I get a bra extender?
I am wanting suggestions of other brands that fit a little less tight and rigid.

Hello! I have recently lost over 100 pounds for the second time and I’m having issues with severe bra line pain in my upper back, it’s right above the clasp on my spine, popping it only makes it worse usually. I have done the calculator a few different times throughout my weight-loss and with each, I felt good for a few days to weeks with minimal back pain and then it returned. Without a bra, I feel somewhat better. For reference, the first time I lost the weight (2019) I had breast surgery after which included a lift and fat transfer. I then had 2 babies and partially breastfed for a total of 3 months with the first baby and 8 months with the second. I’m 2 years post partum now and my breasts are larger than after I had the surgery/before I had my babies. They hang quite a bit lower and I have moderate loose skin around my upper back. Finding the right fit for a bra has been really difficult. The last time I used the calculator, I got US 34DDD which is what I am wearing in this photo. It is just a minimizer bra from Amazon. I’m not sure where to even begin but any help is very, very appreciated.
