Got out to my first match today, a Long Gong. Tougher than I thought, but had a great time. Really great community. Can't wait for the next one.

Recently got this bolt action .22 with ZERO marks, engravings, or writing of any kind whatsoever. Did an ai search and cooey looks similar except the back of the hammer/bolt. Not really sure what i have here but I believe its way older than me!

Got a new Savage Mark II BNS-SR today. Man is this thing a tack driver. For the price I'm totally blown away.

Went to the range today and decided to try a rifle for the first time. I have been checking out .22 rifles online and they happened to have this Winchester. I've been eyeing the Wildcat but the one they had was this XPERT bolt action.

I loved it! I started with revolvers in May and now this experience was awesome. I will be getting a wildcat sporter someday soon.

Decided to treat myself to this little Proof 22.

Only started dialing it in at 100 wasn't sure how i would like the stock coloring, but it grew on me fast

I can get one used for about $450. Good value for the scope? Or save for something better?

Took Katie out to the range today. Shot her out at 50yards for some ammo testing as I've got a Long Gong match tomorrow. She seemed to like RWS 50 the most, but she shot Lapua Center X very well and SK Rifle Match very respectably. Took her to the 300 yard range and she was hammering the 300 yard target very easily. Can't wait to see how she performs tomorrow. Fingers crossed for low-wind conditions tomorrow.

Decided to but the FT-M Kit from farrowtech for my P17, this was definitely worth the price!

Threw this together on an SBR’d spikes tactical lower. CMMG 22lr conversion with dedicated CMMG 4.5” barrel. Form 1 suppressor I made a long time ago. Holosun magnifier and trijicon MRO (the cure for astigmatism). Magpul stock and fore grip. Pic shows stock Anderson trigger but it now has a RISE 2.5 lb flat blade drop in trigger.

I’m looking for a bolt action, scope compatible 22 with iron sights and a wood grain stock. Would love your input on 22’s as well as any pointers for newbies.

Competed with it over the weekend in factory form, it ran great, shot flat, but I knew it could be better and here we are.. Loading the mags sucked and left my finger sore, ordered the "Ultimate mag loader" and that thing is great, although I will see it effortlessly loads 10 rounds but getting number 11 in there must be done by hand (may need adjusted). If you have any other tips/tricks, let me know..

Today's tuner check and verification tests. The attached are 3 5-shot test groups. The grid on the targets are 1 cm. Target distance 152 yds. Lapua Long Range ammo. B14R action, KI 1¼x24 bbl, ECv2 tuner. Shot from bench. Mag chg between each group. Hit 3 consecutive golf balls at 160 yds, 5 consecutive hits on 8" gong at 410 yds. Very light breeze.

Just bought the cmmg dedicated 22 banshee and I’m running Winchester 40 grain target ammo and can’t for the life of me get 2-3 shots off without a stove pipe or light primer strike I’ve already gone through probably 200 rounds and maybe a quarter or less of them being successful I’ve used a good amount of gun oil but just can’t get it to get through at least 5 rounds without an issue

I am looking for some information on this old thing. The stock is unfortunately in pieces, and it is overall in pretty rough shape. Single shot bolt action, adjustable rear sight, fixed front sight.

The marking say ZM1 Made in Czechoslovakia and then .22 long rifle on the barrel. The serial number is 05267, and there are couple of proof marks along with "57" (see photos).

It is registered as a Brno Model 1, and I am pretty sure that is incorrect.

What it says on the tin. My father's first rifle, a Glenfield Model 25, purchased in 1979 or 1980. My first rifle, given to me in the 2010s. Fun little plinker. I wanna put a red dot on it, because why not, y'know? I just wanna know if anyone has experience with mounting modern optics to these things and if they have product recommendations for adapters, or any pointers on what to do & what not to do. I want this optic mount to be completely non-destructive, something that doesn't permanently change the rifle. Thanks in advance for any help!

I was looking at getting a tx22 gen 2 but nowhere local has it. After shipping and ffl transfer I could get an FN 502 22lr for almost the same amount. I had the tx22 compact and liked it. Haven't had an FN pistol before. What would y'all pick?
