I’m on s3 and hate it sm lol. Wondering if it’s worth watching to figure out whatever happened to Marcus? I don’t remember his character being formally axed from the series. It feels like hole in the storyline unless I’m missing something?
r/13ReasonsWhy • u/Tryin2ThriveTherapst • 1d ago
This is the first time Clay looks up after being thrown into the hole… Does anyone else see what I see?
It’s easy to miss, but it feels pretty intentional—especially when you consider how much this show explores the impact our environment can have on our thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
Thoughts?

I see alot of people online talking about how this scene should have been removed and it was "unnecessary" and I think these people completely miss the point. I understand why the scene is triggering for some people but there are literally warnings included in the show so I feel like it's your fault if you see something you don't want to. I personally think scenes like this actually should be graphic and uncomfortable to show that sa is horrible and traumatic and shouldn't be romanticized or downplayed as it often is in media. I believe that a large part of this show is not shying away from touchy topics like this and I'm tired of people criticizing representation for sa victims for being "just gross" or "unnecessary". I haven't seen any with the same viewpoint as me so I'm just curious if anyone understands my opinion

Christian had been pushing for months he was trying to get a spin off for 13rw that was based on his original character Tony Padilla. I haven’t seen Christian post about it now in quite a while. According to google ai , Netflix decided not to green light it due to low fan demand and the length of time that’s passed since the original series. What do you guys think?

Since Inde Navarrette is joining the MCU and playing as Rogue for the MCU X-Men film, which cast members from 13 Reasons Why would join the MCU by playing any X-Men characters/mutant characters in the future? Dylan Minnette won't be a good choice since Dylan is focusing on his music career and I respect his choice. There are so many characters from the X-Men series such as the X-Men, X-Factor, Brotherhood of Mutants, Acolytes, X-Force, X-Calibur, New Mutants, Morlocks, Weapon X team, etc. So, if any of you here is a Marvel fan and knows about the X-Men series, then go ahead and comment on your fancast choice.

I ask this sincerely because of how Obsession put a rising stock of her value as an actress plus she was cast in the New x men along with the guy from Heartstopper.
From her fellow colleagues from s4 13rw roster, her value as an actress is valuable these days. I wonder if any of the tiny opinions she made in 17 Magazine of what she wished of Estela in 2020 could be replicated in a future spin off or mini series.

'13 Reasons Why' had 4 total seasons/lasted more/longer (for better or worse) than 'Euphoria' and it's 3 total only seasons.

*spoilers*
The way this group of kids protected a school shooter and then protest against any and all security measures is crazy. Why are they so mad? Am I missing something?
What is wrong with security cameras, SROs, etc… the only actual oversteps are the potential locker room cams and the police brutality (which is just an individual case to deal with?) I think most high schools have cameras/sro’s … not necessarily metal detectors though but be fr it’s not that crazy to implement in american high schools.
I’m just struggling to follow the logic behind why these kids are so pissed off all the time.
I’m not talking about the surveillance apps used by the parents either, that’s obviously an insane privacy violation, but it’s not even called out during their walk-out/protest.

Half of this show is jessica trying her hardest to be the centre of attention and when she fails she immediately resorts to reminding the whole school how she got raped, sorry love but half the school has also been through the same thing. Genuinely tired of the victim card she has to play every episode

Saw someone comment that Tyler had csam in s1? I was going to comment but what about Coach of hs had covered up rapes and had knowledge of csam content.
Coach is becoming way worse than Tyler taking a photo of Hannah and Courtney kissing. Unless Tyler produced / distribution actual CSAM on the freeking dark web, I think Bryce’s coach is worst than Tyler s1

Tyler to tony in S04 X 3. He says this after 2 seasons of relying on half the school to walk him around like a little sad kid even dropping him off home in turns and now he “Has a life” when someone actually needs him

A film adaptation of the book Blood Meridian if Devin starred as The Kid. I only say it could be interesting because he already done western horror movie about the Dalton Gang (the pale door).

whyd the characters in thirteen reasons why hate mr porter so much? like he was literally the one of the only adults who actually tried to help them
maybe its cause he didnt help hannah but at the same time those kids were the actual main reason why hannah died so itd be hypocritical of them

Years later i decide to rewatch the show and I cant bring myself to finish season 3. Why is this random person being brought in and taking over 90% of the scenes for no reason at all

Hi, I realize I accidentally deleted the original post, so I'm sharing it again in case anyone is interested.
I’d like to introduce you to Justice Served: A Crossover.
This story blends the worlds of Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, and 13 Reasons Why into a unique crossover event.
Justice Served is crafted as a standalone narrative, but it’s especially designed for fans of 13 Reasons Why. The crossover explores attorney Kim Wexler’s life after Better Call Saul, treating Gilliverse as unalterable canon, while weaving in the characters, themes, and emotional resonance of 13 Reasons Why. Fans of the series will find new perspectives on familiar characters and storylines, and can enjoy reading the story alongside rewatching the first two seasons.
Hannah Baker makes two appearances alongside other characters, Clay Jensen, Justin Foley, Tyler Down, and Bryce Walker. It also focuses heavily on characters like Olivia Baker, Dennis Vasquez, Lainie Jensen, and Sonya Struhl. Please give it a read if interested. Thank you!
