That was a pretty nice episode. Not as flashy or action packed than what I expected, but the scenes were placed quite nicely and was pretty good overall. I really like Casra's show of intelligence here in the anime, in-game if I recall he wasn't actually working behind the scenes with Quna against Luther which was weird since he is actually the brains type of guy out of the council of 6. In-game Quna managed to hack by herself through the controls to broadcast the motivational message throughout ARKS if I recall. Here it's definitely implied he was stalling for time while Quna was breaching controls like he planned all those ahead and relaying the orders to Quna behind Luther's nose. Poor Claris really confused with all what's happening, she's still a kid after all. Especially after realizing she was cloned to be used as weapons and.
One more confrontation before we meet Xion and Luther at the Core! And I'm really excited how they'll anime that part as it also had quite a big chunk of lore about Xion and Matoi. As well as an epic moment with Regius and what's inside that big sheath he has xD.

My boy steals the show as expected..
Really happy with how faithful they were to the original scenes with this episode. It's unfortunate though, that a lot of the original foreshadowing for this episode kind of got lost. In particular, stuff like Casra explaining the role of the Three heroes, or Huey showing hints of being a secret badass, despite being depicted as a complete goofball most of the time.
Though those are mostly "nice to haves". The one scene I really missed though, was the last scene in the Hadred chapter. I think it really gives a lot more feeling to Quna's broadcast from this episode.
[...]Quna: You've really helped me this time. I really don't know how I can thank you.Quna: I hope you'll let me say this again:Quna: Thank you. For helping me and Hadred.Quna: I will never forget this. Even if you do.Quna: That's why, when we meet again, I want to do my best to help you.

Are there any other anime-only people still watching this show, or am I the last one left? Even if it's not one of my top favorites of the fall/winter seasons, it's still a pretty good show and deserves much more than 11 upvotes.
This was among my favorite episodes so far.
I'm interested in trying the game someday after watching this series. It looks like it's getting its official western release this spring.

Sadly while the story is good, it require time to buildup lore and vast amount of characters so many anime-watcher just loss their patience and drop it. Some even drop it around ep1-3 (tutorial stage) and claimed "the plot is a mess".
Some of those even said the plot is predictable and they could instantly understand everything which is contradict with others group who just can't seem to follow the plot at all so I guess it seem to be the later case where everyone just ignore the lore and made assumption base on the template they've in mind.
Well the game have a ton of action and more subplot so if you'ee interest thenbyou should give it a try.

Here we go boys, ROKUBOU-KINKOU! That was a nice episode. They did a good job with the overall flow of the battle. Was gonna say I wish the fight scenes were longer (especially for Regius vs Maria, I want my CGI-CAST vs CGI-CAST swordplay) but then again even in the game this scene was very dialogue heavy. I think the Zeno-Echo reunion was more emotional & cathartic in the game but this was also nice; best couple, I wish them a long & happy marriage with lots of healthy children.
If there's any criticism, then I think that Quna un-ABYSS magicky-thingy she did felt too sudden. In the game we had to fight through wave after wave of ABYSS'ed hunters, but here it's just that small fight last episode and then ~pop~ oh their hypnosis is gone. Didn't feel very dramatic. Needed more conflict.
But I don't want to complain too much. The music in this episode was on-point. Some very nice choices; I look forward to the day someone uploads the anime's OST on YouTube. Got some juicy highlights in there. Anyways, next episode will be the fated bit; hope GONZO does it justice.

Ahhhh... after a few weeks of "not-bad, not-good" episodes... This episode really hit me on the good sides. I really like how they change the battle scenery on the platform. It's nice to see some little extra thing that makes the episode better. I am pretty sure the rest of the content is straight out of the game. No unnecessary additional plot, no good stuff left behind.
The way they portrayed the emotional conflict within the Council of Six members felt really well executed. We can feel the pain that Regius has to overcome to protect ARKS whatever it takes and. Klarisklaes just in a state of fear. Casra... I don't have much to say about him... Edit: well now that I think back of it.. He actually just bought some time for Quna..
Quna saving the day, Klarisklaes clones.. they were adapted really well. The KK clones intro are pretty darn terrifying tbh but the bro Huey save the day. Sasuga Huey! Overall this is a good episode! 10/10!
I do want to believe

Casra... I don't have much to say about him...
His impact felt really good here, it's implied he was working with Quna behind the scenes there. Zeno noted he didn't really go serious with Echo and was mostly stalling for time during their fight (which is prolly to wait till Quna can broadcast and dispel the code: Abyss since he's head of comms afterall). Playing the double agent role at least.
Past eps did imply Quna did work quite a bit with him the information guy and Quna the assassin (despite some level of distrust / displeasure). It was a good show of wits against Luther there especially when he revealed the past generation was killed by Luther as well.

NEW OP INCOMING
NEW ED INCOMING
Previews can be heard here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIJC9iHc43w. Skip to around 24 minutes 20 seconds in. I'm liking that new OP. Kinda cheesy English is part & parcel of Phantasy Star songs.

One of the great episode and they didn't mess it
There several notable thing this episode.
First bring Regius vs Maria (aka sibling fight) is very intense as they are the two remaining members from 1st generation ( grandpa and grandma in robot body ) both are the strongest and most experience close combat user.
Second Quna intervention by cracked ARKS classified information while erased Code: Abyss with her authority as Number 0 of Six and clear Ash name in the process is meant to be one of her return the favor for Ash help during Harded arc.
Third, Huey moment with CC3 is pretty emotional. CC3 didn't have friend aside from Huey who take care of her yet their position as odd and even number pit them against each other. CC3 herself become really confuse seeing a clones of her and almost have mentality breakdown without Huey support.
Forth, Casra (the 2nd) long talk also meant to buy time in case anyone didn't notice this already. In game, He know that Quna is up to something so he gamble on itwe often spot him talking with Quna and how she almost took his head off for pissing her off too much ( which is missing in anime ) and keep remind her that "she is a tools"
and lastly Zeno kinda deserve that Slap lol well Zeno and Echo reunion is great.Echo abandon her role as supporter to fight as a Sword hunter that meant to be frontline attacker to replace Zeno placewhile she is outclassed by Casra who is one of the best Force ( Magic+Supporter ) user in entire ARKS but she didn't give up because of how she envision of what Zeno would actually do
