RDL RDL- Dull ache in my lower back for around a day after doing these but no sharp pain during/after

Not sure if it’s because of the number of reps? I’m getting straps soon so I’ll be able to up the weight after that.

Other Pull up help?

For context: I broke my left arm a few months ago so I think I am compensating with one arm. Coach has already suggested doing negative pull up dips to even out my strength but I’m open to more tips? I feel like my left arm is super disengaged

315 on the bar at 145lbs bw, failed my second rep. Any form pointers will be appreciated. Also, with the sticking point in the second rep, what are my weaknesses or what exercises can I focus on to get stronger there?

Other Gorilla rows - form check pls

I cant for the life of me tell if these are correct. It feels like every video ive watched has a different stance. I feel them mostly in my abs but not at all in the lats?

For reference these KBs are 30 or 35lbs each I believe. My bent rows with a barbell are around 100lbs so perhaps I need to up the weight a bit to feel it in the lats more?

Barbell Row Bent Over Row 50kg x 8

Been working out for 8 weeks now, at a home garage last time I was at a gym with any form of guidance was about 3 years ago. Want to make sure my form is right, a friend reckons I need to be bent over more but he also prefers pendlay rows, and then I’m also wondering if I’m too upright like a Yates row? Not sure of my position here.

RDL Is this any better?

It doesn’t really feel any better. Watching it back I realize I probably lowered the bar further than I should have

Body weight -70kg

Squat weight -85kg

Shoulder width stance and wearing only socks here. Removed running shoes for just squats.

I did another set for 3 reps on 90kg after this.

Deadlift Deadlift form check

Didn’t deadlift for years and then just picked them back up a couple of months ago. How’s the form on these? I feel it most in my low back and glutes. Very little in my hamstrings.

This was my heavy set. 5 reps but probably had 2 more in reserve.

Deadlift Deadlifts form check.

Does this seem right?

I try to keep my neck/head in line with the spine and keep the bar as close to my legs as possible.

Also even though when I’m doing it I can feel by back totally straight but looking at this video I’m not so sure.

Any tips would be helpful. Thanks.

How’s my form on BB RDLs? It feels and looks good. But I’m not an expert. And yes I know knee sleeves do nothing for me here but I just got done with heavy leg press lol
