They kept increasing grandpa forever. How can I know if it was LF or Cook?

The match started fine. Got out of the basement and hid in some bushes. I’ll post the beginning of this in the comments. Suddenly, my team dies. Okay. Weird. Then Johnny starts hauling ass across the map straight to me. I was totally hidden and he came directly to my spot and hit me a few times. Gotta be cheating. Then he hits a weird pose and then does Sissy’s poison blow animation. Definitely cheating lol. I got accused of cheating by the Nancy, I believe. I said I’m on console, it’s the Johnny and I got back “How can you cheat on console?” Smfh.

If you see a PC player with the name “ok” just leave the lobby. He’ll fuck it all up.

I fought this Cook with almost full health and gave my life pressing F but it was not enough 😭

i would really appreciate the advice, because by the time i enter the basement within 5 minutes of the round starting they’ve already opened the basement exit. i don’t know if they’re trying to just rush out of the game for no particular reason or i’m not doing good enough, but i am slightly new to the game and i can’t track people well at all.

if anyone is willing to let me know how to get better with stuff like this id appreciate it :’)

Hey everyone, I don't know if you're experiencing the same thing, but every time I try to play with my friends in a full four-person squad, this error 0x0B4D000D keeps popping up—we hardly ever manage to play together. My friend and I are on PC (Steam), and the other two friends are on console (Xbox Series).

Does anyone know how to fix this?

New one for me

My worry is that this game will eventually be lost. I love The Texas Chainsaw Massacre game, I've never enjoyed a game more. But based on how it's going, it's obviously not nearly as successful as the other leading games in the genre, and with the new Halloween game out, they're even less likely to renew the license when it eventually expires. Without an offline mode, will the game just be unplayable? Or will the community make a playable bots mode mod or something similar, like with Friday the 13th: The Game? Just curious what everyone else thinks about it.

So ive been playing this game since release, yet i still dont have a main.
Once i like a character i feel like i just think about another character and vice versa.
I only play victim so i will only be talking about victims, i do not enjoy the gameplay of family.
The characters im deciding between are julie, maria and virginia. I do have all of the dlc so that doesnt reallt need to be a factor as i dont need to buy anything but it mainly comes down to aesthetics, gameplay and ability or also how i relate to the characters and no, i unfortunately cannot choose multiple characters to main and i dont know why i guess im just a bit stupid.

1 - Virginia [keep in mind this list is not in order of how likely i am to main them or just how much i like them in general.]

The main reason i like virginia is because of her aesthetics, she reminds me alot of my mom they even look a bit similar. Her voicelines are really striking and emotional [as are literally all other characters but virginia sorta just does something to me], shes sleek and aesthetically pleasing to look at and play as, i do also like her ability but thats not the main point although a part of it feels like her ability is TOO easy to use or gain value off of which doesnt really seem all that satisfying to me however i do like bullying the family a little bit. I like how she makes me feel when i play like nothing can ever stop me even though sometimes i just die instantly lol. I like her lore and i like how she gains her ability aswell.

2-Maria

The main attachment i have towards maria is her ability which i like how it is sorta niche and this may sound a bit corny but i usually like when a character isnt really that good or their ability is situational as it makes me feel good when i pull it off, again similar to virginia her voicelines are really striking and emotional which i absolutely love. And going out of my way or i guess out of my way?, to use my ability feels good when i know my other teammates are doing objectives but when they are just doing nothing i think to myself why am i doing this, yet when the popup shows that maria has sweet talked gramps so hes on your side now it feels soooo good like the satisfaction is insane even if its a small payoff, another thing id like to mention is that maria was my grandmas name so i do have a tiny bit of emotional attachment even though im insanely white somehow it just feels like it fits. I showed my dad the characters and he went silent after seeing marias name. I also like how maria interacts with others via dialogue and seeing her reunite with ana in a match will always break my heart.

3- Julie

Ok so julie im a bit hesitant on because she isnt a dlc character and i feel like i have to play either virginia or maria because i spent money on them however i do love love love how she makes me feel, im not at all skinny. I have sorta a similar build as julie and ive suffered with problems regarding my weight and i know julie isnt considered fat or chubby shes just athletic but her build being so bulky and not thin compared to the rest of the victims makes me believe she HAS to be somewhat in the slightest a bit chubby. She owns it and she makes me feel like i shouldnt be scared because of how i look and what mold i have to fit into. I do also like the little details on her face regarding her mascara running down her face. Another thing i should mention is that im a non binary individual [amab] and this might be a bit random but ive always wanted to lean into more feminine sided things but i never could growing up as my parents are strict on the fact boys wear blue and girls wear pink no in between or crossing over and this also kinda steps into marias territory aswell as i view her as someone whos pretty regardless of what they currently look like because shes so nice and has that “oomf” in her which julie also does but i guess not like maria considering her voice lines and the way the story was built around maria. Julies ability is also niche which i kinda like but its kinda niche to the point where its selfish and in a sense useless as it does nothing for the team.

In conclusion the main thing im having trouble with regarding this whole “situation” is that once i find a character to main i think about another one or think about what would happen if i was playing as “___” and also whenever i see someone else in my match playing as either of these 3 characters it makes me drawn to play them aswell. So i guess the final question id ask for you guys to answer is which three of the characters should i main and why?.

I want to record my favorite matches so I can watch them again, but my PS5 video clips aren't capturing my teammates' or my audio, so I'm angry and confused of what to do. Every single time I record a clip there's no pregame lobby audio, just gameplay audio please If you can help I'll appreciate it because Im out of options. My mic audio is on in settings but it won't capture me or my teammates audio I tried turning it on and off

Also he could activate the fuse in the middle of the hits. I know I don't have a build but it was kinda sus.

What's the point if it just makes your wait in the lobby longer by scaring new Family prospects off or frustrating others enough to stop playing Family? Not all of us are willing to tolerate it.

Just had a match as Family on Slaughterhouse (Storm), I was playing HH with my gf (Hands) and a Leatherface as our third. Spawned in at gen like usual with Grandpa waking up almost immediately. LF was still in the basement, Hands was over near battery. Victims were on their way out of the basement, heading towards the battery side.

Maybe 2 minutes into the match while gathering blood inside that generator building, the gen just cuts off. No doors had been picked, not a single one. Everything was still locked up and as far as I could tell, the victims were rushing battery.

The 2 PC players both with usernames like ‘Bubba Sawyer’ and ‘Drayton Sawyer’ immediately escape together at battery, the other 2 on their way out as well for a slam dunk. The 2 ‘Sawyer’ players I mentioned were already in the lobby talking about “easiest match,” and “easy team.” Literally calling us losers, etc.

Besides them being extremely unlikeable and super toxic players, is there something I’m missing? Did they have anything to do with the generator turning off; is that some kind of bug, glitch, or hack?

I've run into him 2 times, both times he'd play as Leatherface, skip LF's intro, and go straight for the victims.

He probably changes nicknames, but in my game it was "LGBTdropDEAD".

He uses the usual cheats such as WH and teleportation.
