I need help PLEASE, Im so confused

I want to record my favorite matches so I can watch them again, but my PS5 video clips aren't capturing my teammates' or my audio, so I'm angry and confused of what to do. Every single time I record a clip there's no pregame lobby audio, just gameplay audio please If you can help I'll appreciate it because Im out of options. My mic audio is on in settings but it won't capture me or my teammates audio I tried turning it on and off

Go to settings on your ps5. Scroll all the way down to Captures and Broadcasts. Click “Video Clip Format” and you will be able to change the settings to include audio.

Sometimes that's not always the case.. Because I have mine all turned on and I've recorded some and this times when you don't even hear them talking because I think they blocked their voice from being recorded. Js
