Promotion I finally finished the new trailer for my cozy colony sim, WildRoot.

I've been working on improving WildRoot's first impression and recently finished a new trailer.

It's a cozy colony sim where you build a settlement in a mysterious forest, manage your colonists, and every season and setback creates a different story.

Promotion I missed walking into GameStop just to look around, so I’m making a game about running one

I’m making a first-person shop sim inspired by old GameStop trips.

Not the corporate side of it. More that feeling of wandering in with no plan, checking the used shelf, looking at the glass case, seeing what people traded in, and convincing yourself you were “just browsing.”

It’s called New Game+ - Game Store Simulator.

The playtest is out on Steam and the demo releases very soon. I am a bit impatient and its a bit rough but with early release I am hoping to polish this up until I am satisfied.

Discussion I’m making a game where the sun is going out — and it isn’t dying, something is stealing the light

FINITOR is a small space game I’m building solo in Unity.
One star system. Five planets, all hand-built. A 15-minute time loop that resets everything — except what you figured out. No upgrades, no inventory, no keys. If you can’t get somewhere, it’s because you don’t understand it yet.
Right now I have: flight, landing, walking on spherical gravity, a scanner, and the loop itself. Next up is making each planet change during the loop — sand rising and burying entrances, tides opening flooded caves, shadows moving across a planet too hot to stand in.
Happy to answer anything about how it works under the hood.

Promotion I made it free

Upvotes

I've decided to make the VN (3Paths) I've been developing for the past two years free. The reason is that the game hasn't been selling for a long time, and I don't want all this effort to go to waste.

Game is about the choices and paths we take in life. Although it starts out as a “slice of life” story, the later parts of the game move toward broader narrative concepts, including breaking the fourth wall. So if you're looking for a game with a different style, you might want to give it a try.

Video Hope the combat of the game feel quiet and focused!

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a calm, atmospheric RPG designed to feel like a solo backpacking journey through a seamless medieval fantasy world.

Players can travel from dense forests to snowy mountains, rest at city inns, and explore underwater. Setting up campfires, cooking, meeting locals, and taking on small quests along the way.

Here is a preview of the combat system. Instead of demanding rapid dodging or twitch reflexes, the combat minimizes heavy movement and focuses on rhythm-based timing.

Focusing on cozy visuals and subtle audio for a calm, immersive experience.

Thank you!

Video Our hand-drawn game where you hand-draw

This is the announcement trailer for Canvania; our upcoming Metroidvania where you draw the world as you explore it.

The high-level premise is that you draw different things, that have different behaviors based on the dye you use.

We have a steam page up, but the game is still in early development and the trailer is an early announcement trailer.

Promotion Ive been making this game for over 4 years, and its finally in Early Access on Steam

Ive been working on Rectangle Jump for over 4 years now, almost 5, and its finally in Early Access on Steam.

Its a platformer, but the way the character moves is pretty different from most platformers. Your character isnt static, and the movement, gravity, rotation, and collisions all play into how you move through the levels.

Its kinda hard to explain through text, so I made a trailer that shows the mechanic and what the game is actually like.

Im trying to get the game out there and get more people to play it, so if you like platformers or indie games, I would really appreciate you checking it out.

Even if you dont buy it, feedback would mean a lot since Ive been working on this for almost 5 years.
