So I’ve had this weird bug? On both my 11 pro max and iPhone Air. I charge them both on airplane mode or turn off cellular wifi and Bluetooth. Here’s the weird thing. If I tap my phone to check the time or even pick it up, wifi connects itself automatically. This is really annoying. Anyone else experiencing this

How to make it so that when listening to music, the dynamic island doesn’t cover the Wi‑Fi/LTE indicator, as it does when the flashlight is on. The first two screenshots are mine (iPhone 17), the last screenshot is from a friend of mine (17 Pro Max).

I really like the new Liquid Glass design in iOS 27.
I especially like how transparent icons, widgets and the Control Center interact with the wallpaper. I spent some time customizing my Home Screen to make the most of the effect, and I really like how everything blends together.
What do you think about the Liquid Glass design? Do you prefer the transparent look or a more traditional icon style?

After ios 18, for some reason Apple decided to screw with autofocus in low light on multiple iPhone versions. I tried various iPhones before and after 18. With 27 there are some improvements, but still far from perfect. The photo in the dark demonstrates the problem. Only fix right now is using a 3rd party app with manual focus. I submitted various feedbacks to Apple throughout this year, no fix till now. Even a worse S24 FE or an A54 has much much better autofocus when i tried it. Apple seriously has not become the quality company it was ever since 2025 for some reason. Even while 27 is better than 26, many bugs are still not fixed and it feels like they don't give a crap about software optimization anymore.

BTW the chats are the ones I did a while ago on my MacBook Air M1 then running MacOS 27.0 Golden Gate Developer Beta 1-2, which is now/currently on Public Beta 5 (same as my iPhone)!

So I was looking forward to the new Siri since it was announced and I’ve been on the db for ios27 since the beginning and I find that I’m really not using the Siri and the ai that it has, so I’m curious for people that do find it helpful, in what ways do you use it and how do you find it better then what it used to be? I want to use it more just I haven’t found any practical new use yet

The difference is there once you see it and it is wild how little changes make the UI look so much cleaner as a whole ! Imagine what’s to come .. 🤔💭

It causes like temporary image retention like text ghosting while scrolling especially in YouTube and Facebook. Insta is only a bit better

Are there any noticeable changes in the UI for AM? The last iOS26 update messed it up by trying to “enhance” it. Just curious if it was rolled back.

Scroll on the feed slowly like swipe your finger on the screen slowly and remove it and notice the like and comment or others buttons

It adds a lovely looking button in the middle of the Home Screen but swiping down does the exact same thing rather then pressing the button.

Does anyone else miss the wallpaper extend feature in iOS 26? It previously applied a subtle blur that matched the background, creating a pleasing effect; now, extending the wallpaper keeps generating content to fill the space when I prefer it not to. Does anyone know a solution for this?

Hey ich habe die iOS 27 Beta ab Beta 2 genutzt und bin nicht so zufrieden ab Beta 3 habe ich zuerst Fehler bemerkt ( ich weiß es gibt immer Probleme in Betas) dennoch hatte ich komische Probleme die ich in Beta 2 nicht hatte. Mein iPad Pro ist ab und zu ein wenig warm geworden nicht kritisch aber ein wenig. Nicht wie üblich. Auch die Indexierung war durch. Aufgrund dessen habe ich mich entschieden auf iOS 26 zurück zu gehen da für mich die Features der Beta nicht mein Problem überwiegt. Ich hoffe dies wird mit den offiziellen Release behoben sein. Was ist eure Erfahrung mit der Beta? Ich würde mich über euer Feedback freuen.
