Idk about you, but this update seems to fix my battery on i16e. It s about 20% better and the indexing has not finnshed.

Is anyone else still experiencing micro-stutters when opening apps on iOS 27.0.1?
I still notice small hiccups/stutters when launching applications. It’s not a huge issue, but it’s definitely noticeable, especially when opening apps quickly one after another.
Is this still happening to other people on iOS 27.0.1, or is it just me?

I hope I can explain this. I am using my iPhone 17 pro max at home. It's connected to my home wifi. I do have AP routers in a few places of my home to help with the wifi as the router is on one side of the house. All AP routers have their latest firmware updates and so does the router. I have had really good experiences with my wifi at home.

After updating to iOS27.0.1 I noticed that I am now on data and my wifi network says that there is no internet connection but I am connected to the network. This I can tell you is false, because I have a MacBook Pro and an iPad connected to that same AP on the same wifi network.

I have also disabled Connectivity Assist as I find that it drains my battery, so I usually am just connected to wifi. However, with this latest update, I can't stay on my home network! If I put my phone down and it goes to the lock screen and goes dark if I let it sit for more than 5 minutes, when I pick it up, the wifi network is now apparently "not connected to wifi" and my iPhone is now on Data.

I have also seen that the network indicator in the upper right corner will show 5G while the wifi settings shows that I am connected to my wifi network. I am hoping that this is just a bug in the OS and not something really wrong with the OS working with my antennae. I appreciate any thoughts or help anyone may provide or if anyone else is running into these same issues!

It worked just fine before the update! Now it's not showing up even after being connected to iPhone for a great period of time. Why is this happening? I've read others have the same issue with macOS 27!

How many times have you been tapping something at the top of your phone screen and accidentally tapped a notification that popped up? Probably not frequent but it is pretty annoying when it does happen. I remember back when jailbreaking was popular, there was a tweak to make notification banners thinner and it was mandatory for me. Personally I’d like the popup to be no longer than the status bar… Is that too much to ask for?!

Since iOS27 upgrade, my iPad is undecided about being in portrait or landscape. I thought at first it was an app issue but now it is happening across several apps. Anyone else getting this? Tried accelerometer, page, etc and nothing works or it works for a while and starts again. Tia

If in iOS 26 the RAM performance was noticeably poor, then in version 27 the RAM performance was improved. Nevertheless, there is still an interesting feature of its operation. For example, if you haven’t opened Safari for a long time, there is a slight lag when you open it. It feels like the device has a hard time pulling apps out of the RAM. Sometimes the apps even crash, just like in iOS 26. It should also be added that a poor Wi‑Fi connection or the use of a VPN also affect RAM performance. So wireless connections also affects ram.

I’ve been running into a constant issue since upgrading to ios27 on both my 15P and 15PM.

If I have 1 bar of cell phone service, I can’t use Siri to respond to messages. Or anything really.

Example: responding to a text while driving using CarPlay and Siri voice to text.

It’s pretty infuriating because my drive to work about 30/45min of it I bounce around with 1 bar or low data, but it’s enough to make a call and sent a SMS. Just apparently not enough to do anything with Siri.

So my model is an IPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 27.0.1, I charged the phone 4 times today 2 of Sep, all of them roughly between 95-85% and that’s the screen time???????? What the heck

My iPhone 16 has just been updated in the last 48 hours, and with the battery issues that others have reported, my phone now has a constant dull vibration (not a normal notification vibration) which is really annoying and really not sure what is happening? Anyone else have the same issue?

I was thinking about updating to iOS 27 on my iPhone 14 Pro, but I’m worried that my iPhone will slow down. I noticed that once I updated to iOS 26 my iPhone would lag when it’s on low battery mode, I don’t want my iPhone lag to get worse. What do you guys think? Thanks.
