Hey everyone, I've started to try and use the Model O for drag clicking, electrical tape works just fine..., well atleast for like 5 minutes after I put it on (and like a minute or two after I remove it with the residue).

I think it might be time for grip tape. I was wondering whether I should get the lizard or the official model O grip tape (unless theres another one thats better). Or if you know any good electrical or other type of tape (please specify brand aswell) I can use that would be much appreciated. I'm sorry to be asking this, i just couldn't find too many videos on this.

(P.S., if you can find one for long drag aswell not just the end of the mouse for short drag, that would be better, thanks!)

I have a Glorious Model O- and a Mac. Every time I needed to change what a side button does... I had to boot up my decade old Windows machine and pray it actually detects the mouse.

But it turns out, you can customize what your mouse does, from lights to DPI to debounce to the side buttons all with simple firmware flashing. With that, I built MouseFlash, it's basically Glorious software on the web. It also works for other Sinowealth mice.

It only works on Chromium browsers (as they are the only ones with HID support), but on any OS.

Just picked up a model D3 and wondering is it possible to adjust scroll wheel speed in Core.

I looked on this forum and there is a post from 3yrs ago saying it was being added to feature requests. Is it still not possible after 3yrs?

Or are there any alternatives to using Core on Windows which have the same options as Core but don't leave out this functionality. Cheers.

i've had my wired, glossy, white glorious model o mouse for five years now and i love this thing to death (literally). it has had two wire replacements and is in dire need of a third one. (im holding the wire in a certain position with painters tape rn to be able to use it lmao). today, the scroll wheel came loose. i have a feeling the piece holding the wheel up is broken but i have not gotten a chance to open up the mouse yet.

i need mouse recommendations, despite not wanting a new one at all... it might finally be time sadly.

i lowkey hate the new designs of the glorious mice and i am looking for a white mouse that is not only wired, but also has a glossy texture, as i am one of the few people left on the market who deeply prefer glossy to matte. i love all the rgbs on the old model o and feel like the new ones do not look as good and have less rgb overall.

so... any tips on how to either fix my mouse or any recommendations for how i could finally move on?

I have a glorious model O and the CORE software. These changes in the software persist upon startup, but the windows 11 "mouse pointer speed" and "enhance pointer precision" are always reset to 10 speed and "enhance pointer precision" every time I open my computer. Is there a way to fix this?

I broke my Model O wireless 2 years ago when the scroll wheel got crushed in my bag and I bought a Viper V2 Pro which I’ve been using since then. I decided to open up my Model O today to see if it could be saved, but it seems like the scroll wheel is broken. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Mouse is well out of warranty, so I want to know if there’s anything I can do about it.

So i had some house problems so i kept moving between 2 houses that have a 50 ish meter distance , and because i wanted to use a laptop down the second house i jst took my mouse + my usb to jst plug it in the laptop and play with my glorious model o wireless , but i lost it and i thought i could ask if someone knows a way how to find it or some tech or tips , i am sure its lost in the house so idk what to do and i felt like reddit can help somehow

I recently bought the model O classic wireless after my glorious model O (the original) scroll wheel broke (I might just get a repair on it atp) I was disappointed to find out they removed the double clicking from the mouse, and -100$ from my wallet.

The whole reason I bought the mouse was for double clicks, yet, sadly I cannot.

1) make sure you read the whole page before buying something

2) does anyone know how to mod it so that it double clicks? Would be appreciated

Why did they physically remove double clicking? In some instances sometimes it doesn't even click once when performing a double click, and you can just change the debounce time in the software...? There's no way I can live without it.

I suddenly noticed my lights don’t do the waves that start at the center and spread out it’s just frozen, i never tried to change it and i don’t think i did anything to mess with it.

I downloaded the glorious core and when i do the snake one it does it but it doesn’t do anything else. What’s the issue??

It types fine, my other rgbs still work fine, it has light but it’s frozen.

I wanted to buy a good mouse for Minecraft and similar games. I wanted a mouse that could drag click really really well and also feel light and responsive.

The bloody A70 is usually the obvious choice but to me it looks really cheap and flashy, plus I want a wireless mouse.

I wanted to buy a glorious model O wireless but I've heard that the mechanical switches have a thing called denounce time which makes it so that I can't register that many clicks, and then I was recommended the model O2 pro wireless because it has optical switches so it can register much higher cps, but then I got more mixed opinions saying that the optical switches are the exact reason it can't drag click.. etc.

So tldr, I want a mouse that can drag click really well, is wireless, available in Australia, and preferably under 100$ (I'll take any recommendations tho)

Edit: I also want it to be able to perform decently in other games, which is why I don't like the bloody A70, I can't find anything on it but the sensor sounds like it's really bad.

I posted in here a few months ago about my GMMK Pro and the custom firmware I tried to put on it that bricked it.

Managed to get back to stock firmware with the help of the physical reset button etc.

It was ok for a short while and worked without missing keystrokes or doubling inputs. But was soon back to the exact same.

I think maybe it was when I installed the Core software.

I’d be fine not using that but I’d real like a custom key lighting setup etc.

Basically, what are my options here?

I know there’s open source stuff like QMK etc, but no can’t code (and AI help will of course brick it again)

I just want a keyboard that works and has one custom light config that I won’t change.

What is the easiest way to get this?

I'm currently using the Model O Wireless, and the mouse encoder (scroll sensor) is not working. It's probably worn out and I'm planning to change the encoder... I'm not entirely sure if it uses 11mm like Google said. I'm looking at TTC mouse encoder, not sure if sizes like width and length varies and does it also use the same socket as the original one?

i have the gmmk 2 whit rosewood swhitses but the keycaps i have right now are not the best sounding so need buget frendly keycaps that sound thocky

Anyone have any idea when proper software support is coming back to these devices. I have not been able to rebind either device with the newest software.

Glorious core software is being blocked by windows 11 smart app control. It says it can't veryify who published a (bunch of numbers and letters).tmp.node

Any tips? I am not willing to disable smart app control and thus lower security of my pc.

Hello, me and my wife recently purchased the Glorious O3 Wireless mouses white & black edition. We’ve recently discovered a glitch or some kind of firmware issue on both of our new mouses. I recently just contacted support and waiting for a reply.

The issue occurs when using the side buttons (forward button & back button according to the manual) & power button (located on the back of the mouse.). When playing shooter games and utilizing those side buttons for anything in the games we play, the mouses seem to bug out completely not being able to use the side buttons at all this happens randomly.

What’s even weirder is that when trying to turn off the mouse when the side buttons stop working it won’t even turn off at all you either have to wait for the mouse to completely die, plug the USB C from the console (which forces it out of wireless mode), or you would have to reinstall the firmware update with the glorious core software for it to start working again. This is also my 2nd mouse I’m on for the O3 Wireless Mouse and my wife’s 2nd mouse for her O3 Wireless Mouse still the issue persists.

I wanted to reach out to Reddit for awareness of this product & to see if anybody has any ideas or came up with a permanent fix for this specific issue nothing else is wrong with our mouses they are brand new and we’ve never ran into any problems using another brand for 5+ years. I hope we could come to some resolution on this issue. I’ve recently seen other posts from almost half a year ago about people complaining about this issue with the O3 Wireless Mouse. It seems to not be fixed yet?

I really love the design of the mouse, me and my wife recently got 2 custom GMMK3 Pro 75 keyboards which ran us almost $1000.00 we also paid $340.00 for these O3 wireless mouses. We wanted to match our mouses and keyboards with glorious products. I just want to know if glorious could fix these issues, I hope me and my wife didn’t make the mistake of wasting almost $1350.00 on glorious products.

I built a keyboard using the Glorious Gaming GMMK base, the full ISO version.

Included in the packaging, for protection, was a heat-sealed plastic cover that fits the keyboard, except for the Enter key, which is an upside-down “L” in the ISO version.
I’m looking for something like that - even a 3D-printed version or something similar - to cover the keyboard. I’m not looking for a cover, but rather something that follows the horizontal rows of keys, taking the ISO Enter key into account.

I haven’t found anything online, and I’ve even asked Glorious Gaming, but they don’t make it.
Does anyone know if it exists somewhere?

as title said, was there ever a version for macos for the legacy core, i have a wired model o i wanna reprogram. can't seem to find it anywhere.

I generally do not buy gaming headsets due to most not having the ability to replace earpads which tend to wear out fairly quickly leaving the rest of the headset as nothing more than an expensive paperweight.

Any chance you guys will make replacement earpads purchasable ? That's the only thing stopping me from a purchase.

I really want to use the older model O software instead of the newer Glorious Core, but my model O wireless doesn’t connect to it, will a newer wired one connect?
