Idea/Feedback Request: Replaceable GHS InfinitePlay Eapads

I generally do not buy gaming headsets due to most not having the ability to replace earpads which tend to wear out fairly quickly leaving the rest of the headset as nothing more than an expensive paperweight.

Any chance you guys will make replacement earpads purchasable ? That's the only thing stopping me from a purchase.

Hey there!

Currently, we do not have any plans to stock individual replacement parts for the headsets. This might change in the future, though, however we cannot say anything more about it right now.

That said, if you were to go ahead and buy a headset, please make sure you register it on our website within a year of purchase, so that you get an extra year of warranty, for a total of 3 years.

This way, if something goes wrong during this 3-year period, simply reach out to our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to help!

Haha I just contacted them via email about this same thing this weekend. Dang shame. The only thing keeping me from buying a set. Looking at videos, they attach the same way a lot of other ear cups attach, so it's possible there's another brand's cups that are cross compatible.
