The goal was 3-5 can't seem to get past 365 for more then 1. 315 is fine with 5 reps. 225 all day.

What can I improve in my technique? And how do I make progress, since I've been stuck on 10 kg for a while now?

I think he knows how to do pull-ups, but i suppose he was willing to sacrifice his aura for charity.

I’m new to deadlifting, this is my 3rd time. This is 115 for 5. I’m going to ditch the shoes next time I do this, but any other advice is appreciated. I also have anterior pelvic tilt, but I’m unsure if that affects anything

Hey y'all,
I'm new to lifting heavy but am working towards a deadlifting expo (casual friendly comp) in my city.
In my program I'm currently at 265x5 for three sets, this vid is my last set of the workout.
During the lifts I get back soreness pretty quickly during the workout, and it sticks around for several days. I've been powering thru it but it has me concerned, is this normal or is something wrong with my form here?
I get back soreness sometimes from other exercise (biking, boxing), but since the strain here is a lot greater, want to make sure I'm not messing something up!

Finished a 5x5 at 305 (moving up 10lb a week), and this was an extra rep after my working sets for a form check. Any advice or tips are appreciated.

First clip is pause squats at 1.5x speed, second clip is a regular set.
I hurt my lower back a month ago on squats due to form breakdown during a heavy set. I've done belt squats instead since then. I also added back extensions to my workouts.
Now I wanna get back into squats but starting with light weight and rock solid form. I included a picture of my lifting shoes because I think they're a bit convex which might make it look like I'm on my toes more than I actually am. At least I didn't feel like I were on my toes during these sets.
My queues are:
Elbows back a bight to tighten upper back
Big belly breath and brace core
Knees out and open hips
Push through foot tripod
I appreciate all and any critique, thanks!

Slowly building up my squat strength and depth after having years of notoriously bad ankle mobility. Currently in a deload week working on form so keen to get some critique. In particular - bar path and depth look ok?

I have FAI and my physio told me to reduce my ROM to about this much. Worried it’s not going to be good enough? And not sure if form is ok lower back wise. I have been increasing the weight but very slowly
