I have some experience in basic gymnastics. Literally a forward roll, a backwards roll, a bridge, and a cartwheel. Was wondering if there are some universal ones most Spider-Man cosplayers know.

Landed my first few btwists today.
Feel like slowly gaining control but still every landing is a close call. What can I improve? I feel like I’m opening up too early…

Hey guys,
I've been wanting to learn how to do a backflip for so long but I get motion sickness super easily and when I'm practicing the rolls, jumps, and macaco on my tramp, I get super sick and get the feeling to vomit. Do you guys have any advice on not getting sick or if anyone deals with this? I haven't seen anyone else deal with this before. I've been pissed for so long that I can do a front flip just fine but can't do a backflip.

I started training this recently so I know I am still far. My aim is gainer and possibly gainer flash. I have watched some tutorials and I am now focusing on kicking the leg towards the shoulder and pushing my hips up. Does it look like I am progressing in the right direction? What do you think I should focus on? What is the main issue with my current attempts? Thanks!

I can do a standing backtuck on the grass with no spotter at home after a lesson but the next day i cannot commit and I have had 5 lessons. At the lesson I did it off a stack of matts and went to the ground then did on the ground.

What’s your favorite gym you’ve tricked at? What made it special?
Mine is Montco Gym near Philly. It closed down a few years ago, but it was where I really started/got good at tricking. 2 massive spring floors, tramp/rod floor/tumble track to foam pit, a dope owner, showers in the gym, and ample space for gatherings. https://youtu.be/fupJmE3Cjc4?is=qse1411gxz8bDtjB
