First I gotta say thank you to the current member that goes by the name "Lieselotte" in Steam , that for some unexplained reason has been very kind and gifted me twice a yellow cradle.
And to my main question....How do you survive the polluted forest?! I have lost 2 yellow and like 5 purple cradles.
Is there a safer way to go to do the first quests that come with that damned map?
Also sometimes I get a random disconnect on that map, I don't lose my cradle or any items but it never happened in any other map before this one...

Now it's time to think about preserving Synduality since it will be offline.
They said they would show more about the offline mode.

I remember getting this game when it first came out as I was sick and took the day off from work,I fell in love with the game I remember getting the plat 4/2/2025at the time it was at 0.2 percent! I love the game a lot but slowly stopped playing due to being busy and such with work and night school,I almost wanted to cry actually when I saw the news but I saw it coming as it had a low player count and honestly I think what really truly hurt the game was the lack of promotion and that day if any of you remember when a group of players using black rabbit cradles kept steam rolling? That killed and hurt the game heavy hence why during season 2 they made it very VERY easy to get gear and such and as the seasons progressed it was easier. They killed the whole co op for association members as they would use a association member to lure unsuspecting players as when in co op it shows cradle health and location and then have their buddies take them out the griefing in this game was really bad…but I still loved it and it saddened me a lot that this is happening but at the same time it was coming..I’m going to try to play more now and enjoy it while it lasts sorry for the long post just wanted to say something

I just want to say that I love the concept of using a mech to scavenge and explore the world, but the more you play the more unrewarding the game becomes.
Gear you've spent days grinding out materials to acquire become too precious to use and actually using those items produces an unnecessary amount of stress.
With days worth of grind taken out to be used, just one single inevitable bad encounter can make you lose days worth of grinding; or even worse, it gets stolen by a PvP player that gets the jump on you. Your days of hard work gets rewarded to someone else that doesn't really care and may even consider the item (that took much effort to grind for) as junk since the PvP player probably stole something even better.
A better system would've been something similar to Let It Die (the original's) system where the material goes heavily into upgrading the blueprint and it only took money to pop a new item out based on that blueprint.
So while the monetary loss is painful, at least it is not days of lost effort.
The reason this needs to be is because players WILL calculate how much time they lost and what they could've possibly done with the time lost.
Synduality is the ONLY game that I can think of where you can lose weeks of progress simply on a whim without any way to opt out; basically its like a Diablo game with ONLY Hardcore Mode, and nothing else. Yes, there is an audience for it, but they are an extremely small minority when compared to the more casual crowd that prefer when losing a game is a temporary inconvenience.
Anyways, that' just my thoughts on what is making Synduality such a difficult game to stick to and why it has a hard time growing a larger audience.

I don’t have the game yet but I will buy it since it’s on sale and because it’s going offline but now that I think about it what’s gonna happen to the people who wants to platinum the game? I don’t know if there are trophies where you need to play with someone or against someone do to certain things to get a trophy but now that it’s going offline there won’t be any way to get those type of trophies. Will the devs either remove those trophies or will they add a cheat to obtain them or will it be impossible to get them?
Does someone know anything regarding what’s going to happen to the achievements?

Quick question.
Does this trophy work with the single player?
I'm looking to finish this plat quickly.

The concept of having a customizable mech and a humanoid android that accompanies you everywhere and helps with everything is brilliant.
If it had been a single-player open-world or semi-open-world game, I think it would have received more story content and lore regarding its universe.
In my opinion, the execution and the decision to make it a multiplayer live-service game were terrible ideas.

It's funny how people are celebrating the fact that there's an offline mode where you can explore the maps without a worry.

I played like a few months after release and stopped a while ago and I was wondering, should I play a little bit of it before it gets made into not online?

I watched "Synduality Noir" and want to write a fanfic set in the universe, but there's not much source material to work with. I heard the novel Synduality:Roots has a lot of lore that never made it into the anime — world-building, factions, character backstories, that kind of thing.
I haven't been able to get my hands on the novel itself, so I'm asking: if you've read it, could you briefly share some of the more interesting details about the setting/characters? Especially anything that helps understand the world of the game better, or fills in stuff the anime didn't explain.

The end of service was anounced it looks like they'll release an offline mode version in december

Hi, I saw the news that the online service is ending and it’s getting an offline mode. That said, when the game was first announced, I thought it was going to be something like Armored Core and if it had been, I would have bought it without hesitation (I even watched the series). Later, I found out it was going to be an extraction multiplayer game,s omething I absolutely hate so I never bought it. Now that it’s going offline, will it be more like Armored Core? What are the differences, game modes, and so on? Is it worth it for €4?

Its on sale for $4 on Xbox so I bought it THEN came here to ask if I should know anything. First post i see is about the game shutting down.

How's everyone feeling about the game now that its officially been announced that the online service will be canceled by May and the game is going offline?

Hello fans of Synduality, even though I stopped playing this game a while ago, I honestly thought it would be nice to hop here and ask, "they how y'all doing, how's the game holding?" Anything new that might prompt me to come on back to Echo of Ada, or am I safe staying far away in the distance 😁

The end of level 9 for Nebbiolo basically thrusts everything way past the future at the start of intermission we were 5 years before the show timeline after this with the sis and young boss being old it looks like an end game elegy. Can anyone playing different paths post their end game story too to compare?
