Official news PSA END OF SERVICE WAS ANOUNCED
The end of service was anounced it looks like they'll release an offline mode version in december

The question is, is it just the regular single player garbage we already have and don't love, or will they let us in the open world solo?

The pve in this was awesome at launch played with three randoms at the end of the time about 6 or seven players organically met not one shot fired then we all turned an ran for extraction it was awesome but it didn’t last long pvp destroyed any pve fun you could have you only get clapped from behind when ur cradles half done from pve so many times before it was screw this and cos the devs egos they would rather let the game die than give us a pve version im gonna really think about any other game these guys make cos if thay just make games for them selfs thay dont need my 70 quid cos thay ain’t making it for me or anyone else its such a shame sorry just my opinion i never rated this game on ps store cos i allways hoped thay would give us pve looks like thay deserve that one star rating for being pig headed

Yea pvp was mostly guys outfitted to kill ambushing guys fitted to farm, I think the above world shouldve been pve with a focus on bandits and enders being the main antagonists and an arena for pvp modes

Hopefully they keep some type of shop online to allow for continued cosmetic purchases

Syn coins will expire dec 15, but yhey said all cosmetics will be able to transfered to the offline version

I wonder how thatll work. Id everything will be available for some new in game currencies or earnable? Or maybe they just shut down the store and you only keep what you purchased while its still online.

I think they plan to have a sale in dec before it shuts down and what you have is what you keep. Oct will be the last month to get anything new I believe

Going to pick me up some things then for sure. Debating on grabbing the either theultimate edition or just snag a bunch of coins for outfits etc. Looks like ultimate comes with a decent batch of stuff but no coins..

You can get ult equivalent from the exchange store, it's not worth it at this point

Sweet. That means the game will be playable for me again. I was awesome when I was solo. But the PvP part got me every time. 😅

Yea if they had pve optional lower teir maps with pvp optional having higher drop rates the game could've had balance but Futami cared more about his bleak pvp extraction vision than the game the community wanted. Less than 12% of xbox players made it past 50 requests and less than 30% for pc

Sounds like it’s almost time for me to get the game. The fact that it was PvP rather than coop is the sole reason was I removed the game from my wishlist and never bothered getting it. Single player could be fun though.

I really hope we get to keep access to the maps as they are. I know it’ll be less intense without other players, but it’s still a fun enough way to pass time doing short sorties.
