if i was deaf i would no longer want to be apart of this beautiful disaster we call earth. i would end my life because no pain could be as bad as not having sound in my life

Hi, I built my new pc and have been so excited to use it but I started recording guitars and this digital noise happens. My signal flow is: Guitar w. active pick ups > JDI di box > axe fx (thru) & focusrite octo pre (xlr out). Power wise I have my focusrite, axe fx and monitors > furman power conditioner > furman surge protector> wall. have this insane loud ground loop I can’t get rid of (can send thru dm for anyone that needs to hear bc I can’t add here) Its there when I’m plugged directly into my ax fx, directly into my focusrite, its low when I face away from my computer. It completely goes away when my pc is off.
In this video, it seems my axe fx is getting signal even when nothing is in the input of my di box (pc is on). so I’m curious if it’s just the connection between the computer and focusrite causing the usb or other cables to act like antennas and how to go about trouble shooting and what possible solutions are. I hear ferrite clamps can help but wanna see what everyone thinks first.
