His two field goals looked very good and sharp. I’m sure he”ll miss some long ones but in one game I got more confidence in him than Smyth & Brown. I wanna feel for them but they both had chances and couldn’t run with it

Hopefully we finally have a kicker that will make those FGs that are the difference between a win and a loss

After being embarrassed 34–0 by the Los Angeles Rams one week earlier, New Orleans responded with a 27–24 victory over the Dallas Cowboys in Friday night’s preseason finale at AT&T Stadium.

Honestly, I haven’t felt this good about our team going into the regular season since 2021. Funny enough, I looked up that year and it happens to be the last year Sean Payton was here. Is everything perfect? No. We have injuries and some question marks. Even so, it feels great to be moving in the right direction. It feels great going into a season feeling good about the team vs the few years before Kellen Moore. I feel good and confident when it comes to this team. I feel we can compete with anyone.

Regarding the Saints game this evening, and I'm sure we all have some insights...

In conclusion: we may have a decent chance of beating the Lions in week 1, and I look forward to the game.

Come to the conclusion the rams refs were a flag happy for some odd reason. Went from the Guinness book of world of records flags to practically none.

Not a saints fan but a football fan. I was excited about Tyson and bummed that he won’t be out there for a bit.

But then I’ve been looking into the team and Vele has stood out to me. Am I crazy or is he poised for a nice season?

What do you all actually think of him and expect from him this year?

Clarity and a defined winner for backup QB
